Very good breakfast, kind Stuff, big rooms, nice views but: - very loud ventilation, so that you nearly can't sleep - toilet is running - the number of the reception does not work - furniture needs to be renewed! It has more Potential! The location is very nice.

Rated as a 4* hotel. In desperate need of upgrading and investment. Looking shabby and bathroom fittings delapidated. Breakfast very poor with cold meat and cheese selection curled and sweaty. Visited mid October. Almost no other guests. Rooms a good size but in-room lighting insufficient. Rustling plastic mattress protector.

Clean hotel but without hot water in the rooms for bathing, reception was questioned and informed that we should leave the water running and we would have water to take a shower, which after many minutes of wasting water did not happen, inconceivable. At the SPA there was no one to tell us where to change and store our clothes, as well as to provide towels. At breakfast, some foods that should have been hot were cold.

Good hotel located in a super quiet area, ideal for resting for a few days. The area is quite windy, during a week there was only little wind for 1 day but that is not the hotel's fault of course. Friendly staff and good breakfast, with plenty of variety. This hotel only has one thing wrong, it doesn't have a restaurant service because for meals it only has a bar that serves sandwiches and baguettes (which in our case arrived but a hotel without a restaurant...) And then the pool bar practically never had any no one there. I also noticed a bit of lack of cleanliness in the pool, as the bottom had a lot of rubbish. Otherwise, I recommend it as the whole experience was very pleasant.

Hotel located in a quiet area for some and in the middle of nowhere for others. Paid more than $275 per night for a room with only one bathroom and toilet. Damaged or dilapidated furniture. Room insulation too light. Breakfast just adequate (no fresh orange juice in Portugal!!!) Far too expensive for the services offered.

The hotel no longer follows the 4-star category. It's an old hotel and must have had its heyday. It can be seen that the decoration, furniture and style of the room are outdated. The shower is bad and there is a wide variation in water temperature. Sometimes it's cold, sometimes it gives you that unexpected burn. The air conditioning must be turned on by the concierge. You have no control and it turns off in the middle of the night. As the heat is unbearable, you wake up dripping. Breakfast ok, no more sensational surprises. The Box has no door. The wet machine is right! Attentive staff and ready to help.

The hotel is isolated and has rooms with balconies overlooking the sea in the distance. Breakfast is good, it has the basics, the staff don't complicate things, they always try to help. The only problem with the room is that if you can't sleep with light then you won't be able to stay in this hotel otherwise you won't be able to sleep at 5pm in the morning, the “blackouts” in the room are totally ineffective. In other words, in this hotel you have to go to bed early and wake up early. But I liked it, I would go back. The swimming pool is only open for a few months, as in Portugal there is sun and heat in many more months.

Very friendly employees. Great room for a couple with a baby. Room facing the road, but very good soundproofing. Breakfast with good variety. Sauna and jacuzzi included for 30 minutes, but we didn't have the opportunity to try them. Let's hope to return. A little far from the center of Sesimbra.

Quite modern hotel, quiet location despite the road that passes right next to it. King size bed so super nice! Breakfast with lots of choice: cereals, different breads, croissant (homemade and fresh) and others. I recommend this hotel!
