The hotel breakfast was excellent, the scenery was stunning, and we were lucky enough to witness the sunrise over the golden mountains. The services and facilities were also very comprehensive.

The rooms are spacious, the service is very friendly, the pool and sauna are very comfortable, everything is just right. The location of the hotel is very friendly, on the Hughes Plateau, there are also beautiful circular hiking routes nearby, which is especially suitable in summer.

It wasn't as good as advertised... The breakfast service was absolutely terrible, not what you'd expect from a hotel of this level... The only decent service throughout the entire stay was at reception, and the bar and lounge were okay too. The rest was just so-so... I won't be coming back next time, I'll stay somewhere else.

The location of the hotel is great. In summer, there is a whole green grassland with a very good view. In winter, there is a comprehensive snow scene. After all, it is a famous ski resort. The front desk, bar, restaurant and room service staff are all very polite, courteous and make you feel comfortable. This hotel and this area are worth coming back again and again

I was amazed by Alpina I decided to go to the Dolomites on this trip. Although it was autumn, it was still very comfortable. Spending more than 1,000 euros a night, I also got to experience the lifestyle of the rich in Europe and the freedom of integrating into nature. When I woke up early in the morning, I saw the Alps and felt like I was in a movie and a painting. This is not Switzerland, not Xinjiang, but the Dolomites in Italy.

The hotel is in a very good location, the breakfast is good, the layout is luxurious, the room is just right, the warmth is enough, the service is good, the hygiene is good, the surrounding customs are invincible, and the local people are simple and cultural

Great location and beautiful high end resort . Impeccable service . Definitely need a car . This hotel is also a stop for those on several bus tours . We went in summer and a great base for exploring the Dolomites . The hotel is located in a small town ski village. It was very expensive / over $2100 a night for our room - so on the exclusive side .

Stunning location, great food, phenomenal hiking, fitness facilities perfect, pool terrific. Saunas were our favorite part!

The food was ok. The staff was terrible. Very rude and dismissive. Only served pizza outside instead of the whole menu. The whole entire restaurant was empty yet they couldn’t sit us for a meal at 7 o’clock when the “reservations” were at 8:30+. Then they proceeded to sit another group without a reservation right after they denied us. Horrible host. Terrible service. Didn’t visit us once when we sat outside. Do NOT come here. Such nice restaurants near there. Go elsewhere.

Amazing top-notch hotel. Everyone there provides superior service, from the wait staff, the greeters, the tour guides, the spa staff. Would highly recommend. Only hesitation for a future stay would be lack of AC during the summer months; you can request a fan however.

We had a family vacation and found the property faultless. Excellent location, food and service. A big shout out to Tiziana at the front desk to make our stay comfortable and Andrea at bar was very helpful in every way including our dietary needs .

We had a great stay at the COMO. The location is unbeatable. It is the best hotel in the area and we were so close to all the wonderful hiking trails. The best part of the hotel is the helpful staff (concierge Lisa was terrific!), location, the pool and spa facilities and the wellness / outdoors programming. Areas that need improvement are the hotel restaurants. The food was really average, except for our meal at the casual restaurant the Chalet. The restaurants inside the hotel were just so-so and a bit pretentious for the quality. The hotel also does not have much of a vibe and is really quiet. The only place we heard music was in the dry sauna in the pool area. Occasionally there was some live music in the lobby but for.a brief period. On the whole though we had a comfortable and lovely stay!
