Holiday Inn Express & Suites DENVER SOUTH - CASTLE ROCK by IHG

Room was not cleaned on last day there; towels left piled on the floor, garbage overflowing, bathroom not cleaned; staff often seemed overwhelmed; Will try one of the other area hotels next time;

It was clean the rooms were nice the only thing I didn’t like was having to go downstairs for my coffee as they took all the coffee pots out of the rooms

Amenities are nice and clean. Front desk staff wasn’t in a hurry or pleasant when we asked for roll away cribs. Made us wait for over an hour to receive them.

We loved having the option of a free breakfast! The staff were nice location was near everything we wanted and needed, especially shopping, which is what we were looking forward to great place to stay for a weekend!

Location, front desk staff, breakfast. However our room was not cleaned one day, and we ran out of both toilet paper and kleenex

My daughter and grandson stayed at the motel. It was fantastic in her opinion, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight. I spent a little time in the lobby. Very nice, very clean, site looked good, parking was more than adequate. The one thing my daughter mentioned is it appeared 'someone' um, had a bm in the hot tub area. Pretty gross. Otherwise, great stay. They also wouldn't let us change credit cards to mine from hers, which seemed pretty odd. Who cares who pays as long as it gets paid? I'd call that a ding but otherwise, great experience.

I enjoyed my stay very clean and no issues what's so ever I would definitely stay there again!

Very clean, organized and nicely decorated. Shower door didn't shut completely and they missed us the last night for service, so garbage cans were too full. Convenient location for ice machine, continental breakfast good, coffee very good. Ample parking in well-lit parking lot.

Friendly staff are an asset in this building where rooms showing some signs of wear in bathrooms; walls are very thin contributing to disturbed rest; breakfast is above average; 24 hour fitness room is a plus;
