Très content de la personne qui gère cet hôtel et qui à su être à mon écoute, en effet un problème au moment de récupérer la chambre, le code de réservation était pas valide, j'ai donc demander assistance, et là surprise il me fallait payer la chambre pour avoir le code qui me permettais d'accéder à l'hôtel, hors cette chambre était déjà payer via Trip.com, avec preuve à l'appuis puisque que Trip.com avait prélever la somme sur Paypal et que la somme était aussi retiré sur mon compte de banque, bref si la personne qui s'occupe de cet hôtel ne m'avait proposé une alternative, et bien j'aurais du dormir dans ma voiture, alors je ne connais pas son prénom mais je l'en remercie encore. pour de ce qui est de l'hotel je le recommande, en plein centre ville avec parking souterrain grader, hôtel très propre, spacieux au niveau de la chambre, et literie confortable, personnel au top rien à rajouté.

Hôtel très calme à proximité de tous commerces , restaurants, musée...
Les chambres sont propres ainsi que la salle d'eau sont très propres, équipées d'un écran plat, climatisation, cintres...
L'accueil est très agréable, le réceptionniste disponible très gentil er souriant.
L'établissement propose une restauration pour les petits déjeuners.
Àrenouveler dès mon futur passage sur Castres..

A reasonably priced hotel well placed in the centre of castres but very quiet. The room and attached bathroom were small but adequate. Entrance to the hotel was very easy with a code sent by text message with the same code used to open the door. I also had the buffet breakfast which included cooked items-scrambled egg, bacon and sausages as well as nice breads, cereal, croissantes, yoghurts and cheese. It lacked any fresh fruit.

Great location, close to the central square. The hotel is basic but that is reflected in the price. The rooms are entirely adequate, clean and warm. We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a decent continental offering. You check in via a machine at the front door at which point you pay and receive a code to access the hotel and your room; we therefore had no cause to deal with any hotel staff - no issue with any of that, the system worked well.
This hotel does exactly what it is designed for:- functional accommodation at an excellent price. We would have no hesitation in choosing this hotel again in the future.

We stayed here for a rugby weekend. The hotel was clean and functional. Situated only a few hundred yards from the town square, this hotel is ideally located for a stay in Castres. If I come back here for a rugby weekend , I would stay here again.

Très bon accueil, personnels souriants, logement propre et pratique. On a pris une chambre pour 2 et on ne se marchait pas dessus. Cependant, les poignées de fenêtres sont à chercher à l’accueil car les voyageurs repartent avec… Résultat : pas de poignée à la fenêtre, merci au savoir vivre des voyageurs précédent.

Chambre petite, très peu de rangement, par contre propreté irréprochable de grande fenêtres mais aucune possibilité de les ouvrir décevant, mais le plus gros problème c'est la douche pas de fermeture juste une partie vitrée pas de barre pour se tenir, le pommeau de douche très lourd le support en hauteur impossible a atteindre et le robinet très bas j'ai 80 ans et j'ai failli tomber les personnes âgées ne sont pas en sécurité je me demande qui a conçu cette cabine de douche très dangereuse sinon le personnel est très sympathique
