Orribile Place owned from very bad owners Who welcome guests in rude way .Never present for assistance .Also rooms are very damaged ,pavements broken ,shower glass water coming out from everywhere ,very noisy because Wall Is gypsum and you hear neighboors like inside your room ,not really clean at all .Simply disaster experience with the family.

Let's start with the good things 1st. The hotels communication was excellent! As soon as we booked we received an email clarifying the time we would be there to make sure we could check in properly. They also arranged for a car to pick us up at the airport. They had a sign with my name and the whole bit. The cost was 40 euros for 4 people. The location of the hotel is 2nd to none! We were right in the center of everything. It was a 2 minute walk to the Cattedral di Sant Agata, Fontana dell Elefante, Fontana dell Amenano, and a bunch of restaurants. There was actually 2 restaurants right outside our front door, Pizza Concept 72 and IL Bell Antonio seafood. The other attractions are a 5 to 10 minute walk. It really was a superb location. The price was fair. It was about $82 for one night. Now for the not so good. The hotel is not very appealing the pictures online do it way more justice. I do love that is a very old building with Roman inspiration written all over it. However, it needs some rehab. A little rehab would go a long way. I thought it was an abandoned building upon entry. I was shocked when she told me they were booked up but I'm sure it was more for the location rather than the hotel itself. There are several keys for several doors. It's hard to figure out which goes where.The layout was strange in regards to where all the rooms were located. It was a bit of a labyrinth. The worst thing of all was the showers. I think with the old building there are possibly plumbing problems. Our shower drain was clogged and the water flooded into the while bathroom. My boyfriend had his clothes on the floor and they got soaking wet. We were sloshing around trying to clean it up with our dry off towels. They were completely soaked and we had to wring them out several times and the floor was still wet. My boyfriend's parents were in another room and their shower overflowed as well. If it weren't for the plumbing I would have given them more stars but from my experience 3 seems about right.
