We asked for a late checkout at 11:10 am armed SECURITY was at our door asking us to leave,we are a couple in our mid 50”s,we dis not make any noise or nuisances a simple curtesy call world of been sufficient….we felt intimidated….stay away this place does not deserve your business.

Property was nice. Pretty disappointed with the ground fee of $20 when you checking in at 11:30 PM and check out is 10 AM.

I love the property but there was a problem with my bathroom the tub specifically I turned on the water in the tub and a piece from the inside fell out. House keeping didn’t leave us any new tissue under the sink it was only less than half the roll in the bathroom.

The place became part of Hyatt recently and it is dated and really needs renovation very badly. Rooms are *****ped of everything and you need to ask for things to be brought to your room. We were told they ran out of bathrobes because people were stealing them?! How do you go to the pool without the bathrobes in the winter time? Pool was heated and that was the only positive thing.

Lovely comfortable property, our room has been updated and is very modern and clean. Pool and hot tub are excellent. Pool is warm which I sure appreciate. Staff friendly and efficient. Main lobby is outdated and smells a bit musty.

One bed apartment was clean, spacious & well furnished. All kitchen appliances worked.
Pool & hot tub were great.
Nothing is within walking distance so be prepared to drive everywhere.
Our apartment was in the building closest to the road which was a little noisy and the resort is directly under the flight path to PSP! Noise from the planes not too disruptive, but definitely noticeable, don’t expect peace and quiet….

Very relaxing, quiet hotel with a nice pool and huge rooms. The rooms were well appointed and the staff was great. Only downside is the hotel is dated and needs a little face lift here and there.
