Excellent budget sea facing resort. It has a beautiful river flowing behind the resort making it very picturesque. Rooms are not very well maintained but the staff were more than willing to assist whenever required. Ample of parking space on this 17 acres spread.

South Goa's one of the worst Hotel, Room was Not Maintain, Bad is so Dirty, AC is not Working Fan sound is like Some one start DJ in my side, Staff behaviour is so bad, Room service is not available and food quality is sod bad Please Don't book this hotel try to book guest house but don't book like of this hotel.

I had the best stay and experience in Goa in this resort. The villas here were very big and clean, the property was also very big and well equipped. The service was also very fast, the best thing was that the food here was very tasty, that too with a pure vegetarian kitchen and their breakfast buffet was also very lavish and with a lot of variety. The location is also very good, there is a river behind the resort and the beach in front.

Fun-filled holidays spent in Goa. Not one of the luxurious resorts in South Goa. Needs major maintenance but has a fantastic location, close to the Cavellosim beach. Rooms had its issues but the staff were more than helpful in assisting. However they serve only veg in their restaurants which was a let down going to Goa

The ambience was good.the hotel is very close to the beach.Over all a good getaway.My family enjoyed the trip.The pool was beautiful.The rooms are spacious.The food was good. I enjoyed the vegetarian food for a change. Would love to visit the place once again in the near future.

It was a business trip and was a great place to stay. The property is huge and very close to the beach and hence was very enjoyable. The staff very helpful and food was quite good and it was worth the money spent. My company had booked the stay and I would like to take my family for a holiday soon

Had the chance to stay at the resort and it was a lovely experience. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable, food was great and the services were prompt and efficient. The staff was very helpful and catered to all our needs. A must visit to this family friendly resort if you are in South Goa.

Travelled with family to celebrate my son's birthday in March. The property is close to the beach and we enjoyed the short stay here. The staff was courteous and the stay was value for money. The place is in a nice locality of South goa and various places to visit here.

Super Duper place. Awesome location. I wanted to have a good time away from the hussel and bussel. I am glad I chose the right resort. Had an ausome time. Appreciate the helpful staff and well maintained gardens. Totally stress free time spent. Value for money.
