Never had a hotel where I had to complain about as many things First off room wasn’t ready at check in time which was no big deal really  But then walked into room and it was like a sauna  Took 4 visits/phone calls with very unhelpful receptionist to get it to work (couldn’t adjust temp in room they done it at reception) 😂 Next there was a constant clicking noise from the card holder on wall - which maintaince had to come and replace (said this happens regularly and they fixed straight away)  Shower - hot water doesn’t seem to work at busy times  Tv also didnt work in room  There was that much wrong it was almost comical apart from the cost of the room

Very friendly staff. Very good restaurant, large and comfortable rooms. Small downside on the shower (it went from hot to cold for no reason, and the water from the shower stall flooded the floor). Nice rooftop pool with a small terrace that was a bit too crowded, the bathing area with its lounge chairs facing the sea is much more pleasant.

I stayed at this hotel again, the room had a partial view of the bay. The hotel is amazing! Choose without hesitation. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, mini-fridge, TV, hairdryer.

Great hotel and staff, rooms were clean. My only negative is the fire alarm kept going off and sometimes at 5am which was frustrating but no explanation given

A very cosy hotel in the heart of Cavtat. Beautiful views of the sea and small harbour from the balcony. Staff very helpful, a special shout out to the girl at reception who gave me perfect directions to a rather obscure location in Dubrovnik!!
