Hotel Supetar

Utterly charming place with a cozy garden, good view, tasty cuisine and amazing staff. We stayed in this hotel in August 2023 for a family vacation and returned in 2024. Being avid small luxury hotels visitors, we have a big number of places to compare with and Supetar in Cavtat is one of our favorite hotels of this type. Firstly, it is a new fully renovated stylish hotel. It is very well zoned, has a wonderful view and a good location, just by the seaside. The rooms are a special piece of art (see photos). Secondly, the service is the one of the luxury segment quality: the type of hotels where every guest is known by name and treated with personal attention. We want to thank specially thank Dubravka for assistance. Lastly, the hotel restaurant has a very rare combination of a good view and outstanding food quality. One of the best octopus and beef tartar we tried. Therefore, a definite recommendation for those who like small boutique hotels.

What a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and amazing team of staff - we stayed here for 4 nights myself and my Daughter and what a choice it was! We didn’t know the area or hotel but it did not disappoint one little bit from the welcome to the farewell every bit of attention was noticed. We arrived mid afternoon and were welcomed with a refreshing cool drink while they processed our details - the gentleman on reception gave us a short but very informative tour of the hotel from the bar to the pool restaurant etc ….. every part of it as spotlessly clean as the entrance ….. the room had everything you could possibly need and again was clean and comfortable and very well presented. The breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble for the team serving - all very polite and welcoming this is definitely something the hotel has 100% right the staff are all so welcoming and accommodating I wish I would mention the all personally but it would be unfair as they are all great!!! The outside new bar area was so relaxing it’s a shame it’s not a little busier but I am sure once people hear about this place they will have queues! My only one small bit of feedback would be the pool area is small and the beds are too close together making it difficult to have your own personal space ….. All in all a great break in a beautiful town in a stunning hotel.

Five star experience from the moment you walk through the door, wonderful hotel with excellent facilities, what sets this hotel apart from others is the hospitality, so many staff went over and above. Looking forward to returning in September, thank you all so much you made our holiday extra special xx

What a fantastic hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff and a real understated luxury meant we had the most relaxing week here. Lovely room, great breakfasts on the terrace with an incredible view of the bay, this is probably our favourite hotel ever. But it is the great staff who really make this a special place.

Such a pretty hotel, with lovely service driven staff. We had such a lovely room in the attic and slept soundly. Excellent food, excellent service. My new favourite hotel in Europe, beating the Connaught into second place. We plan to return for mini breaks in 2025.

This hotel is amazing, the staff are so friendly and helpful and they do everything to make your stay as wonderful as possible. It's recently been renovated, everything is spotless. The breakfast range was was great and very tasty. The pool area was lovely, so was the beach bar. We had an attic room which was very spacious and very clean, nice and quiet and good air conditioning. Location wise, right on the water front, Cavtat is beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel and we hope to return one day.

AMAZING HOTEL, THE STAFF MAKE IT 5 STAR! We had the trip of a lifetime to the Supetar hotel. We travelled with our 5 month old daughter. We were made to feel so at home. Stanka welcomed us. She did everything to make our stay exceptional. I can't thank her enough. Ana, Ivona and Lucia were also excellent. Lucia prepared a list of recommendations for our travels after we left. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You MUST book a massage with Milan. He is an excellent masseuse. I felt like a new person after my massage. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast is the best we have had. Superb. The location is perfect. Do yourself a favour and book a stay here!!! We did not want to leave and we will definitely return!

Had an absolutely wonderful 5 day stay at Hotel Supetar Cavtat. The room was very appealing (beautifully decorated) with an extremely comfortable bed. We arrived early and could check into the room. When entering the room we received a lovely, local bottle of red wine, fig cakes and plums from the garden. Every day there was left another delicious treat. The bed was turned down at night and a chocolate treat to end the day (with a lovely cup of tea). The breakfast buffet was small but exceptional in choices especially the salads, seafood and fruit. There was a large menu of dishes that could be ordered (or anything else you would like) but we were very happy to just eat from the fantastic buffet most days. The selection of freshly squeezed fruit juices were delicious (beautiful day and grapefruit juices were our favourites) and we also had a glass of sparkling wine as well as tea and coffee. Sitting outside, overlooking the ocean it has been our favourite place for breakfast in all our travels. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful but the reception staff- Stanka and Dubrava were exceptionally helpful and nice. They both gave good advice on where to go and what to do. The organised and booked us a rental boat that we had great fun on for 3 days. They organised our other days and gave us towels and bottles of water to take with us when ever we left the hotel. Both these lovely ladies are a huge asset to this hotel as thet played a massivel part in making our stay fantastic. The personal attention from this hotel is superb and is a massive benefit to staying at other huge 5 star hotels that seem to lose this personal touch. There was definitely no loss in luxury in this smaller boutique hotel. This will be our preference going forward. If you have a few days holiday I can’t recommend the Hotel Supetar in Cavtat enough. Cavtat is the perfect base to enjoy the sun and ocean and to sightsee Dubrovnik but also to leave the hussle bussle afterwards and enjoy this charming Croatian town.

Lovely boutique hotel. Small but perfect. Staff very helpful and recently opened terrace was lovely to sit out in the evening and would recommend the bar menu. Room was luxurious and the best breakfast. We had last minute booking as flight home was cancelled and needed a place to stay - just a shame we couldn’t stay for longer.
