The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The service is also very good. However, when filling the bathtub, the hot water isn't clear. Also, the outdoor pool is under renovation and cannot be used.

The staff were very accommodating. I had a sprained wrist when I arrived and the hotels has been more than helpful to me from check in to checkout. I called the operator to ask if they had bandages and not even 10 minutes later a medic came in and bandages my arm. 10/10 hospitality and service.

There were stains on the pillow, and after draining the bathtub, a layer of yellow grime appeared that couldn't be scrubbed off. The hotel is right next to a large shopping mall, with luxury boutiques on the first floor and restaurants on the second!

Fili at Nustar is amazing! I had one of the most relaxing stay. Most of the people are kind and everything is clean! The food is great and the facilities are top tier. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I also love that the buffet has vegetarian options!

My stay at Fili is always great. Rooms are very clean and they have a wonderful pool view. Food is also great. Definitely come back again.
