My stay was good enough. Walking distance from JY Mall which has McDonalds 24/7, which could help for late night cravings. They also have a mini food store in the front desk for soups. This is a good place to stay in if you want to be near IT Park. I did not have any skin issues after so, I think this place is good enough for a budget friendly trip.

The place is close to IT park and other areas. The hotel is spacious. I had a few items I believe is due to poor management or ownership of the hotel. The water in my room was already opened and partially drank. There is only a few WiFi codes to use. The shower needs some deep cleaning. There is not blanket just a sheet which is low standards for this type of stay. The furniture is worn, my white sheets had marks on them. There is only 1 outlet with 3 prongs.

I really like this hotel for its price. They offer the basics: bottled water, 2 instant coffee, toothbrush, soap and shampoo. No ref though, no big deal for us and understandable for the price. More importantly, there’s a bidet spray. They require 500 deposit. Tazza/Tamp cafe is just outside and other restos.Location is good if your target area is IT Park or around Lahug be mindful thu that traffic is heavy during rush hour. Aircondition is the typical window type so expect some noise, not for those who are very sensitive to noise. Room size is decent compared to others, with a big window. They have special rates for different checkin times and stay duration. I’m pretty sure I’d book here again.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The view is great, as well as the inclusions. It would be better if there are water dispenser instead of having water bottles.

The location is good and the staffs are friendly. However the CR has leak and the floor near the balcony got wet when it rained.

I can't complain, the service was great. Staff were courteous and quick to provide our needs and it's value for money. One thing though, the WiFi connection wasn't good. But my mobile data inside the room was getting good signal. So it's fine. I will definitely come back here to stay again. It's near to everything. And one of my favourite restaurants also is just next to this property. Thank you and see you soon again.
