Best Three Star Hotels in Cebu

Our view from the room was really nice. But renovation can really be helpful in making it more comfortable. One thing the I dont like is how you open the bathroom door. It will slam on the legs of someone using the toilet lol maybe it is just our room.

The location is walking distance to Ayalla mall which is very convenient. the room was generally clean but the furnitures are a bit old and stained, it looked dirty. The room that i was given had a connecting door to another room which was occupied by others. I could hear their voices clearly when they are talking and laughing. I did not feel comfortable having that comnecting door, but since i was only staying for 1night, i did not ask to be transferred. I just felt like they should have told me before giving me that room. Those who plan to book here, if you are not comfortable having connecting doors to another room, better ask before checkin. Its really annoying when they think its ok.

It's a very simple travel hotel. Perfect if you will just sleep in the room. It is very convenient location just like other Red Planets. Just below the hotel is a 7/11 and accross the road is Ayala mall.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very affordable, great value for money.👌 We had a great stay! My toddler enjoyed the free ice cream and fries while we enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast. 😍 The location is very convenient, and service is outstanding. Very much worth it. 🥰

The hotel is old but it still has a lot of value for its price especially if you are on a limited budget. The staff are very friendly and accommodating to my request like ironing equipment. The location of the hotel is also its advantage since it is very accessible and taxis are plenty at any time of the day.

We arrived at express inn hotel and it was very nice. We can have separate rooms and it is very affordable. You can have more plans and save money. More fun with my friends here. They are very kind also.

This was our first time in travelling to cebu city we are glad that we book at this hotel. The room was huge and it includes breakfast upon booking. Highly recommended because it was walk in apart from fast-food chains drug stores etc. in the area. Hope to come back and book here again for another trip. I booked a room for 2 nights for my gf and her daughter. I know that its beyond the hotels control that they didnt have some of the facilities because of typhoon Odette, but I booked the room in the understanding that there was a gym and a pool, neither of which could be provided, This was very disappointing, my step daughter likes to swim and my gf would want her to do that to get some time for herself too. The gym being closed also was another disappointing step, because my gf was wanting to be able to work out and again I booked the room because these facilities were advertised tp be on offer. My GF had said the room itself was nice enough but was not cleaned at any point despite her contacting reception on numerous occasions and being assured that it would. The hotel generator kicked in at 7:30am with a cacophony of noise, which lasted hours. This was beyond the pale, and she complained asking to have a change of rooms but this was not accommodated. The staff were polite and agreeable but they did not do what they said they would, again this is not good enough. The location was good, but frankly most everything else was below a good standard.

Overall I give 5 star to this hotel when it comes to their staff ,rooms and cleanliness. The only thing that needs to be improved and maintained is the choice of food for their breakfast. I am a regular guest and I usually booked for a room that includes breakfast. The choices of food before was ok but this time when I checked in there was only spring roll that was irregularly wrapped and crumpled and oily string beans,boiled egg and omelette station ,compared to before that has some choices enough for the budget that we pay inclusive in our room. FB manager or the chef has to check from time to time the stocks and ingredients for their ALA carte menus.. most of the time it's good to order food from the hotels kitchen rather than going outside on a rainy day or ordering from outside that sometimes takes ages before it Wil arrive and the food is already cold.

We saw this place on Agoda and decided to book it due to the following reasons: - it’s near ayala - easy to book grab car fron the location - it fits four people - looks spacious from the photos And it did not disappoint! What I liked about our stay: - it provided our basic needs like hot & cold shower, a functioning AC, fast WiFi... Also, there’s a 7/11 branch just outside the hotel, kfc and chowking fast food chains. - we initially booked only for 1 night but extended it for 2 because of our positive experience. - customer service is satisfactory. Staff were friendly and attentive. - breakfast is inclusive. The resto is located on the 12th floor and has a great view of the city. - budget friendly. Our first night we paid P1845 and P1700+ through Agoda. Not bad for three people (room fits four). What they can improve on: - breakfast was cold and has limited options. We were only asked to choose from fish fillet or chicken hotdog.
