We had the pleasure to eat at Belmont Cafe. It was an exceptional experience and the service was second to none. From the greeting upon entry to the quality of food and the attentiveness we received, the entire time was incredible. We had the four cheese pizza, fresh lumpia, Laing and other items. The food was beyond delicious and can’t wait to taste more dishes in the future. We want to give special recognition for Chef Ri, she checked on us to make sure we enjoyed the food, a rare thing and much appreciated. Special recognition as well to our server Michael, he went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and was one of the most attentive I have seen, he provided the highest quality of service and others in the future will have a hard time matching his skills. Thank you for all you did to make our dinner one we will not forget.

The location is a strong point, being pleasantly separated from the bustling city area, offering a more relaxed and serene environment. The resort features a variety of amenities, including a beach, pool, spa, gym, and bar, catering to both indoor and outdoor activities. However, it's disappointing that some areas were closed, and there was a noticeable lack of maintenance in the facilities. Unfortunately, our experience with the room was quite poor. While the room was spacious, there were several issues: some lights were not working, the air conditioning unit was leaking, and there was a water interruption that affected the supply for most of our stay. On a positive note, the service crew were extremely accommodating and welcoming, which made a significant difference to our overall experience. The breakfast buffet, sky bar, and beach bar served excellent food, living up to expectations. The gym, although equipped with all the basic necessities, showed signs of neglect and was not well-maintained. One commendable aspect of the resort is its safety, especially with the high number of day visitors and foreign tourists, which adds to the feeling of security within the premises

Firstly if you are going to stay in the area and book this hotel then make sure you have cash, upon arrival we paid for the room online and arrived to be told we hadn’t paid, after showing the lady on reception the receipt that the amount was paid she refused us. With no cash machines in the area with any cash in we had a limited amount 600 pesos on us, she suggested we paid a taxi to take us to an ATM and then back to pay her. Not a chance, had to rebook through the website and pay AGAIN to be finally let in our room to now be in dispute with the company. Unhelpful, unprofessional and ignorant receptionist would definitely advise to steer clear of this place. Room stank like the door had never been opened & the shower was like squeezing water out a lucozade bottle. Save your ££££.

Overall, the experience is good, but not great. The resort is beautiful. Though the pools can get really crowded, we still enjoyed our time with the other visitors, who were mostly Koreans. Unfortunately, we didn't get to explore much as we could only stay for one night. The service staff are friendly and very accommodating. You won't find a staff member who isn't smiling or greeting you. However, the big downside is the food. We think it's not really worth the price. We've been to many resorts/ hotels that offer better value than what we actually paid for. We'd definitely recommend JPark to our friends and families, but we probably wouldn't come back again.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport and near the grocery and restaurants during a recent trip to Cebu. My usual stay had a big price increase and since it was far from the airport, I tried looking for a new hotel. I used to stay at other hotels near Felicity and thought that the prices were a bit steep for hotels without pools. I chanced on them while browsing Google Maps and gave them a call. It's good that they had a vacancy and so I made my way from the client site to the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the bright lobby. The single room, though, had a weird layout with the sink just behind the door but not inside the bathroom. Still it was value for money because it had hot and cold water, a cool air conditioner, a refrigerator, a flat screen TV and clean sheets. Since it was just beside the highway, I expected to hear scooters darting across. Well, most of the noise came from fellow guests walking through the corridors after making bar crawls, I guess. Aside from that, the hotel is great value for money. I'm looking forward to staying with them in future trips.

I chose Dusit T to celebrate a special day, “my wife’s bday “ and given the reviews I was sure that have made a right choice . My earlier experiences with similar level resorts which have been great. However , was highly disappointed with level of service experienced in Dusit T which was not equal to 3 stars . The staff named Ruth at the front desk was ruthless with no courtesy to handle clients . No welcome drink or water was served to us at the hotel .. my early check in request was ignored and was given the room exact at 3 pm despite my repeated request . I made a special request that it’s my wife bday and if they can arrange some cake or flowers but nothing was done . In fact my request for early check in by 30 mins was ignored . I was asked to to have a lunch at one of buffet which was 2k paise per person . The food was cold , not replenished and no one was bother . Seems like the property is going down like a sinking ship and the crew is not bothered to revive the sane Equally disappointed with Trip , com as I have never faced these type of issues with Agoda who have been prompt in taking special requests and ensure same is followed for client satisfaction .

Mixed Experience at Maribago Blue Waters Maribago Blue Waters has always held a special place in our hearts, as we’ve loved coming here since we were kids. However, during our recent stay, we noticed some areas that could use improvement. While the more expensive rooms are definitely worth the price, the deluxe rooms at 7k don’t quite live up to expectations. They feel outdated, like they haven’t been updated in 20 years. The restaurant and spa are also quite pricey, especially the spa, which felt a bit too expensive for what it offers. During weekends, the resort can get pretty crowded, likely due to the number of walk-in guests. However, the staff are super friendly and always make you feel welcome. One highlight of our stay was the amazing breakfast, offering a great variety from local Filipino favorites to international dishes. We especially loved the guy selling ”taho”—it brought back some wonderful childhood memories! While we still have a soft spot for Maribago Blue Waters, it feels like some things need improvement to live up to the resort’s reputation.

First I must say that my GF and I have stayed at about 10 hotels on Lapu-Lapu Island. All budget or mid-range priced. All in the last 6 months. The AOSMEC is the lowest priced of the group. All other hotels were 2 to 3 times the price of AOSMEC. The simple truth is that my one week stay at the AOSMEC was the best!!!. Yes it is a basic Hotel with no frills or a pool. But if that's what you are looking for? This hotel is simply perfect. PROS: WIFI speed is extremely good since every floor as it's own router. The hotel is extremely clean. It simply is irreproachable. You always see someone cleaning morning to night. Cable TV is very good with brand new TV'S This hotel is Familly owned by phillipino's and they make sure clients are happy. So any issue that might come up. Is dealt with very quickly and correctly. The room cleaning is upon request but just ask and it's done quickly and perfectly! The owners completely understand what a budget traveller needs and they don't overcharge. You can get anything you need on a ”a la carte” basis. Example: we got some laundry done. The price was about 15% higher then doing it ourselves at a laundramat self serve service. If you factor in tranportion cost to get to and from the laundromat. It's less expensive through the hotel. WOW! The clientele is a mix of locals and foreigners. And all are happy with the rooms and services received. The hotel is soo well managed that it is expanding. About 20 rooms are being added. AND THESE ROOMS ARE NICER! 5 Rooms are 95% completed. I visited one. Cons: the restaurant is basic. It's geared more torwards the local clientele. But there are many good restaurants within walking distance and this should not be a concern. There is also a convenience store right next to the hotel. Not even 30 seconds away. It is about 30 minutes away from the airport. Taxis are a bit more scarce but with the Grab app.(like Huber) that issue goes away. This place is the perfect budget hotel that actually beats out most mid range hotels at 3x the price. Dont hesitate and book. No worries here. Do not hesitate in.booking here. You won't regret

I stayed here twice in April & May 2023 and was consistently impressed with the staff & the property. The staff was very friendly, helpful, accommodating and very courteous. The deluxe room had a great view, was large, clean, modern and very comfortable all around. The buffet breakfast was excellent with good selection of Western and Pilipino dishes. And the table service was excellent—shout out to Ariel and staff for a very attentive service! I was also pleasantly surprised at the quality & selection of drink’s & pastries at the Cafe also punctuated by excellent service. The property has 3 great pools, a small private beach , picnic area & fitness center. For me the only service missing is the food room service but it’s a minor item for what I needed. The location is an about 30 min from Mactan airport in a secluded gated area. Getting here was through local neighborhood and inconvenient from other restaurants & services so you’re pretty much will be staying on the property unless you want to go out for a long drive. I paid 650 pesos for a Grab ride around noon time from IT park to Reef. I have been to many 5 star Western style resort hotels in US, Europe & Asia and Reef compares well especially if you can book a discounted room for less than $150 USD. Overall, I highly recommend the Reef Island Resort hotel and will return again when I’m in the area. Definitely a good value for the money and excellent staff.

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and since it offers a free shuttle starting at 3 am (it leaves on the hour, every hour). The room itself is basic but as described & clean. It was a nice surprise to find the hotel is located really close to a coffee shop, a 7’11 and food options though (on a very busy street).
