Exceptional serviced apartments. New, clean, fresh design. Awesome breakfasts. Supermarket, restaraunts in the same building. Center location. I dont really see any noticeable downsides.

What a charming resort! The rooms were comfortable and we had a nice tropical view. The gardens are meticulously maintained and really give the resort a special feel. The beach is quite nice at high tide or you can swim directly next door. Sunsets are amazing. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Blanco restaurant and had the best fish dishes. Staff were friendly and overall just had a happy and great visit. The front office was helpful with booking transport and boat trips - everything went smoothly and was easy.

The cheapest hotel I could find. Stayed for 15 days. The rooms was on 4th floor nice and clean. I say rooms because halfway through our stay our air conditioning unit gave out so we were relocated(for free) to another room. The employees were all kind and willing to help with everything we needed. Location is nice. Almost next to Ayala mall and the general area is safe and easy to navigate/find transport in the form of either jeepney or bus. Decor is a bit gloomy and outdated. That beige on the walls is the only thing I disliked. It is by no means a 5 star hotel but it's a bargain for its price(15 euros a night) anyone would be stupid to pass. I recommend it to everyone who want to visit Cebu on a budget. We didn't taste their kitchen or visit the gym they have.

Spent 4 days, 3 nights. OK location between Robinson’s Cybergate Mall and Fuente Circle. tThe room was small, with loud a/c, sat tv & lousy wifi. No fridge or electric kettle. Rough worn linen and towels. The bathroom was just ok; the shower not so good — kinda moldy. But the cafe downstairs has good fare. Have bfast included in your reservation if it’s a couple of bucks more. The official pics weren’t in any room that I peaked into.

The staff was quite rude and caused us incovenience. They booked in their system a double room which infact was supposed to be a triple room. I sent all the receipts and booking confirmation to validate our claim that we paid a triple room. However, they insisted that the room is only good for 2pax and that we should pay additional for the extra pax. Very rude!
