Could barely sleep because we can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and in the rooms next to us. The beds are hard, and pillows are not good. The curtains don’t close all the way so being on the first floor I felt like someone could walk up and look in our room so easily.
Our room was changed from king to queen when we arrived, but we were waiting so long at the front desk and were so tired from traveling we just took it.
Overall, I was expecting more from a “Marriott” owned hotel.

The area was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I went to pull the curtain and noticed it was dirty, I did not like that.

Got no sleep! Everyone was nice, and it was clean. But elevator sounded like a mix between a train whistle and old brakes. There was a random tapping that i can only assume was old pipes hitting the walls throughout the night. Cleaning crew was vacuuming the halls before 9am. Bathroom had no vent fan and no hand soap. If you want sleep, stay somewhere else.

The hotel was clean and so was the room. It comfortably slept 4. What was interesting was on check-in there was no one at the desk. I went to the employee only door behind the front desk and no one was there. We waited a few minutes and I remembered there three people out front talking and one was smoking. I went out to them and asked if someone was working the desk. The young women said she was and what did I need. Now, they had to see us walkiin the door. Although, she was friendly, should have been at the front desk and not outside.

We enjoyed our stay but it was rocky at first because we had ordered a King suite that was advertised with a sleep sofa. We found that was false...our son was going to use the sofa so we could have a king bed, but the mattress was like two inches thick and he could feel every spring and support bar. The staff seemed to know about the problem but had no solution. We ended up moving to a room with two queen beds. It was comfortable but not what we really wanted. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good! Need to update the sleep sofa's if you are going to advertise them as sleeping!!

This hotel was fine but it lacks some upkeep. One elevator was out of service the entire 3 days. As was the pool, some gym equipment. There was also garbage left in the stair case for the entire stay.

Front desk person was very nice and helpful. The breakfast lady was very nice. Our room was quiet and dark.
Our room had very little water pressure in the bathroom sink; the tub was a little better. The bed was very uncomfortable - sunk in on the side and a hump in the middle.
