Never again. I stayed at this particular Motel 6 because of the hospitality that Danielle shown. In just the couple days she has been gone it’s gone down hill. I’ve now left and staying at the Baymont Inn & Suites. There’s 2 foreign men walking around all hours of the night talking on the phone no respect of us that have to be at work. If they are going to be workers run now. You know what this will turn into. I will be staying at whatever hotel Danielle moves too. Holly was great during my stay and deserves a raise. She jumped right in and took over the role

Myself and 2 other coworkers rented 3 rooms for one night. We had a great check in with the lady that I believe was the GM who was training another young man but after hearing yelling and we witnessed it the young lady with the mask on even said to the man whoever he was this is not appropriate to be screaming where guest can hear and asked him to repeat the disrespectful things he was saying to the poor girl. And she was sick in top one that. My coworker recorded it. That man should not be in any kind of position that he is in. We left. None of us want a refund and we have canceled all of our Motel 6 stays for the future trips. If you allow your employees to be treated like that then how do you treat your guest. If the young lady reads this contact us if you need the recording or a statement. I’m glad that young man she was training walked out because he did as we left and stayed somewhere else.

I stayed because of the hospitality and the atmosphere Danielle brought to the hotel. To make her leave after all the positive changes that have taken place in the past year is beyond me. Myself and the others in my company will not be staying here any longer. We left after we seen the outside and were told by the workers about Danielle. That alone should tell you about who you employ to tell guest about business that shouldn’t be discussed.

This place is like home away from home, id recommend it to someone if asked for a great place to stay

I walked in and had a great check in. The lady with the mask was really nice then some man that was walking around taking pictures talk to her so demeaning and hostile. I would have walked out. I don’t stay and siege my money at Motel 6 anymore if that’s how they allow people to talk to staff. Shame on you

The young man training was very friendly and courteous. His boss seem to be doing a great job teaching him. She was patient and also kind to my wife and me. They were able to accommodate us with our disabilities

I like the fact they check on you after you go to the room. We weren’t sure on how to use the tv and when Daniel called to ask if everything was ok she was able to explain how the tv worked. Definitely user error. The user being myself. It was quiet and comfortable.

Room was not available. Even with a confirmation number. Didn't have the room for me. Had to book at another hotel.
