I was at 522 room just next to the elevator. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep well.

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we always come back because of the great comfort we have during our stay and the great service the staff provides. We definitely will go back again!

Front desk customer service wasn't good, for example they never told us that we needed to get towels using a driver id in the front desk before getting in the pool.
And one night we called for couple of drinks from the pool and I'm not kidding took them more than a houre to bring our drink, and we cold see that the drink was just sitting in the counter the whole time.

All very well until I handed over my clothes to
Laundry service and they damaged my white clothes and I had to throw them away.

The building is a beautiful place. The staff are nice and polite but they lack some training, not too professional.
Room service was a long wait and then twice the CC terminal which they use to charge you was not working, the waitress waited inside my room for more than 1/2 hr, my food was getting cold, I was in my pjs, I asked him if I he could charge it to my room, he said he couldn’t, front desk asked me to come downstairs (9:45 pm) to pay.
I asked at the front desk for a shower cap, the employee working the Night Shift (7/17) told me he could not find any but would send one to my room, 1/2 later I called from my room and he told me he was told there were none. I asked him why he didn’t call to tell me that instead of waiting for me to call, he stood quiet.
The pool looked dirty, I had been at this hotel 3 times already on prior years and the water was crystal clear then and you could see/feel the filters working inside the pool. They weren’t this time and water level was low, pump was definitely off.
It is a shame that such prestigious hotel chain with the rates they charge make ones stay very uncomfortable

Very nice property and inside. Food was great. Couldn't figure out how to get out of the gate to walk around so it felt a little like a prison.

Room was dusty. AC vents were full of lents and dust.
Shower doesn't drain properly. Glass door is full of water mark residues. Swimming pool was really nice and warm on our first day. But then it's really yellowish and cold. Maybe lack of filtration and chemicals? Our room keys gets de-programmed daily where we have to visit the front desk constantly to get it reprogrammed. Overall, the beds and towels are really nice. AC cools the room, so we slept in comfort. Not Sure if we will stay here again.
