The hotel is located in a residential area, very close to the city center and less than one kilometer to the Latin Bridge. A beautifully refurbished building with fast, efficient check-in by the wonderful Mirza who speaks excellent English. Superb wifi everywhere (apart from room balcony). Great buffet breakfast with fresh fruit inc strawberries and pineapple, cheeses, salads, breads, meats, cakes etc. Very good for vegetarians. Room spacious and very well appointed with great shower and comfortable bed. Staff all lovely and helpful, especially Mirza and Ana. 10 mins walk to National Museums one way and 15 mins walk to the lovely old town. Highly recommended hotel. No complaints.

Third time staying here, and I cannot conceive staying anywhere else in this beautiful city. Fantastic location overlooking Ferhadija. Room 103-eastward facing with a covered balcony cannot be bettered if you are a single traveller. The staff are friendly and helpful. I cannot conceive of staying anywhere else during my next visit, even if I were paid to stay elsewhere!

We spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.

The hotel looks ok on the surface, but there are actually many issues. Firstly, I stayed there for 4 nights, one door of the shower was missing, yet no one did anything to try to fix it, so every time when I shower, the water splashes everywhere. Secondly, the curtains are not ”blackout”, so for someone very sensitive to light like me struggle to sleep here. ”Blackout curtains”aren't that expensive, it is expected in any modern hotel nowadays. Thirdly, I didn't have any problems with the taxis in Sarajevo previously, but the one called by the hotel tried to scam me by not using meter, I wonder how much commission the front desk girl is making from coordinating with these scammers to trick guests staying at this hotel. Further, the breakfast is very simple, the only hot food was fried egg, I would expect any reputable hotel will also be at least serving sausages and beacons or smoke salmon, perhaps that's cost cutting measures.
