When I first entered the hotel lobby, I was very excited, the place looked grand and impressive, perfectly matching its name. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the lobby smelled fresh and pleasant.
However, once I received my room, I was shocked. The room was very small, outdated, and dimly lit. The bathroom was cramped and narrow. Housekeeping was slow, when I returned from lunch, the room had not yet been cleaned. When they finally arrived, I only asked them to replace the towels and replenish the coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Since the bed had not been made that morning and I simply went straight to sleep, leaving it as it was, my power bank, which I had used earlier, was left behind and possibly hidden under the pillow. Unfortunately, it was my mistake not to check carefully before checking out the next day.
I did send an email to the hotel regarding this, but I have not received any reply until now.
On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the spread was both plentiful and appealing. And the hotel was just within walking distance of the nearby mall.
