This was the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was nice but the room was disgusting. There was hair stuck in the ceiling, the floors were stained, the chair was stained with some white color thing and the faucet in the bathroom was broken. Oh, then there was some bad smell in the room as well. We couldn’t stay over night there so we had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night. We cut our stay short because of all that and in the end we didn’t get any money back from the management, although the room was soo bad.

When I got there, there was no room for me... They said it was under renovation and would be available the next day.

The location of the hotel is not next to a major street. There are villas nearby. The appearance of the hotel is okay. The room is small. The room behind the back has short sunlight exposure. The bathroom is slightly damp. Please contact us to change the toiletries tray in the bathroom to a plastic tray to prevent mildew. The attitude of the waiter Very good, proactive cooperation in changing rooms, there is a small swimming pool behind the front desk

The rooms are good, the service is also pretty good.. The place is strategically close to GBK and Istora..

For towels, it is better to replace them with new ones, and it would be better if they were given a Qibla direction sign. Thank you

The room at first glance looks clean but under the mattress there is a lot of garbage, the breakfast is not separated, choose the menu, only fried rice or noodles, in front of the elevator there are dirty dishes from when I checked in to check out not taken too

Overall experience good when stay here for business trip Easy access location and Easy to get taxi The staffs are helpful and nice. They are so friendly The room quite clean and neat, There’s a lot street food and convenience store nearby There’s rooftop cafe in here too

So dirty beyond words. Mould, stains, hair everywhere! Terrible odour from shower drain. Asked for room change 3 times and still all rooms were dirty. The view from the upstairs cafe is very pretty, but you will have to sit amongst smokers. I would not come back to this hotel.

nice hotel well maintained with the occasional wall stains here and there. with a kick ass roof top bar on the 4th floor u can book a room on the top floor and open the door into a roof top bar ask fro the 4th floor room. do take note since its on the bar level nights can get noisy with music and chatter but if u are into that kinda things. easy... walking distance to laundry 24hours express clean service. down the road there are the road side hawkers and coffee shop neighbours dont seem to bother tourist they just let u be. nice location most friends willing to visit as it is not a jammed traffic location

Very comfy and easy to access. Love this might stay again. The staff are siper responsive, the room is neat, clean, and completed with necessary equipmemts. AC is ok! Plus there’s a good cafe upstairs

Pros: -Accomodating staff -good neighborhood near food areas and mart -good enough for the price -love the rooftop area, great view except cigarette smell Cons: -rooms should be thoroughly cleaned -wifi connection sometimes slow -cabinets are dirty and chairs/couch should be changed

Thank u so much for small surprise, its first i'm stay with memorable, room is clean and staff Friendly. the room directly to the pool feels like having a private pool. one of the best hotel choices to stay in Jakarta. Thank u for leader HK
