From check-in to the little interactions, the Kempinski team has never failed to serve with a smile. The room booked (Grand Deluxe) was spacious, overlooking the monument. Bathroom was an experience in itself. His and Ber sink, separate bath and toilet. Bathtub was also huge. The breakfast variety was vast and food tastes great! SPA on the 17th floor was also a great experience. Thank you for the hospitality. Will definitely be back again.

Excellent Location and Consistent Service I especially loved the location, with a seamless connection to Grand Indonesia. Despite the hotel’s age, cleanliness is top-notch—the bedsheets and pillow cases are pristine white. The hospitality is outstanding, and the staff are consistently polite and professional in their handling of guests. Thank you for the room upgrade and complimentary mini bar. My only suggestion for improvement is that some towels need to be replaced. Thanks again.

Mid range staff hotel service. Rooms need refurbishment. Toilet functions well. Easily attached to mall. Breakfast buffet the same not much variety on daily basis. Short stay is ok.

Facilities of Hotel Indonesia are quite complete. But, I just noticed that breakfast menu are quite boring (different with other reviewers), for examples, Japanese foods sections are just plain food, there is no salmon, no tuna slices.... Hopefully, Hotel Indonesia realize about this and improve going forward.

Nice hotel..big room with view direct view to Bundaran Hi...Good location of you want to go to Grand Indonesia. Enjoyed the room and breakfast! However, you may have issue waiting for taxis as entrance to hotel is not that visible to drivers; causing them to miss the junction and has to make one big round.

Soaking with a view—absolutely one of the highlights ✨ My go-to hotel whenever I need a place to unwind and recharge. The room is spacious, the bathtub is generously sized, and the view is just beautiful. The food is consistently delicious, and the gym and spa facilities are well-equipped. The swimming pool is also great for kids—very family-friendly. Feeling hungry? You’re just steps away from Grand Indonesia Mall. Definitely a favorite stay every time 💯

Checked in on the first day of the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Woke up the next morning to find all the decorations, both inside and out, had been changed – the red lanterns were replaced with green magic lamps! It was such a pleasant surprise to experience two major holidays during one stay. Breakfast was noticeably less crowded than the day before, perhaps due to Ramadan? But it was still incredibly rich and varied, with all sorts of flavors, and the restaurant decor was beautiful. There's even a self-service coffee machine by the entrance, which is super convenient. A truly memorable and satisfying stay.
