NOT WORTH THE MONEY. WORST PROPERTY AND ROOM WE HAVE EVER HAD. CHECK IN PERSON TRIED, BUT COULD NOT COMMUNICATE TO US IN OUR LANGUAGE VERY WELL. DID NOT GET THE MEDICAL/HOSPITAL DISCOUNT BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH ******* (APPARENTLY)

Everything was perfect. We had an easy check-in and the room has been phenomenal other than the shower being a bit finicky but we had the jacuzzi suite and used that anyways.

I found the bed very comfy so I slept great. The fridge was great. Things not as favourable: I couldn't find a wifi password posted anywhere in the room; there wasn't a facecloth in my room, I know it's a small thing... but I use them for washing my face!

The front desk staff were very kind and friendly. But upon arrival, our room we booked had a non functioning toilet. We got moved to a different room, but the room was very dated compared to our room we booked, and had an intense smell of cigarette smoke. So we moved rooms again to a more updated room, but the room stunk of what smelled like broccoli. It took about an hour to get sorted.
