Great cleanliness. Comfortable bed and pillow to rest. Just a bit disappointed with the room service restaurant. Not so many choice of food can be choose for breakfast.

Great location! local market, sunway carnival mall, Billion shopping centre, medical centre, government clinic, f&b, temple of worships all just within walking distance. ample of parking but without cover. You will be getting wet when walk to take your car during rainy day. Free parking and must be validate your card every time before go out. The room is clean. Book & requested for an extra bed(within RM100 per night), pay at hotel when check-in.

A little old but still well-maintained hotel room. It's near to a shopping center - Sunway carnival mall as well as a hypermarket

Overall it's a great experience! I requested for connecting rooms and we got it instantly. Had some problems with our room access card and the staffs also responded and attended the problem very quick. The stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. The hotel location is also very near to halal restaurants around, very easy to just walk nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. The only downside was that the room could use a bit of updating. Overall, a solid choice for a pleasant stay.

Courteous staffs. Check in seems compulsory to use the self check in machine. But it's a user friendly and smooth. Check out can use self service machine or through the receptionist staffs. No in room dining menu in the room, but probably need to call/ask. Anyone can access guest rooms floor as there's no access card restrictions, I hope can improve on this for security reason. Good amenities overall. I like the colgate brand toothpaste. Feels legit and clean using it. Soap amd shampoo formulated by Tanamera. Love the soft pillows and bed as well. Breakfast buffet is so and so in terms of options compared to other 4 stars hotel, but I think it's enough. All tasted good. Located just right next to Sunway Medical Center and walking distance to few shop lot restaurants both halal and non halal. But for some, including Sunway Carnival Mall, you need to cross road manually(no traffic lights for pedestrian). Quite easy to get ehailing from the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Sunway hotel always be my first choice, staff are polite, helpful, even the security are friendly and helpful, they reserve parking lots for regular guest and is free of charge. Shopping mall is just 200m away, with many foods and fashion outlets, walking distance from the hotel have many restaurants and cafe for food and some even open 24 hours. Hotel rooms are well maintain and bottle water are supply unlimited to room. Coffee house in the hotel ground floor also provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall very satisfied with my stay.

Not bad. Nearby to amenities

There were a few small cockroaches in the bathroom, and the phone beeped a few times during the night with a sound like someone pressing buttons, which woke me up. However, it wasn’t the ringing sound of an incoming call. Other than that, everything else was fine. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and smooth!

The Sunway hotel overall is good, surrounding have super market shopping and good food. Will come.back again

Room is clean and nice. Very comfortable. But when checking, they asking us to try the machine automation checking .unfortunately, the machine is not working properly. Hope can improve the checking system. Otherwise is good 👍
