The rooms are very small and despite they advertising they had been refurbished they are NOT comfortable and extremely noisy. The quality of your sleep is going to suffer terribly. Meals are a painful experience: crowded buffet where either you have to queue longtime or be happy with defrosted broccoli nobody else wanted. Food quality and variety is poor and unfortunately not changing much during the week. The animation team and staff at the bar are very kind and try to make your experience better, but they can only do so much to compensate for the food and terrible sleep quality. We were happy to leave...

I stayed in this hotel from September 3rd to 10th, I have to confirm all the positive reviews, the food is good, they have enormous courtesy and patience, and above all we have fun! ... thanks for the wonderful holiday ... and I hope to come back next year...

We stayed from 27/08 to 03/09 it was a wonderful week spent full of fun thanks to the entertainers, especially Roberto and Alessandro! Excellent food, excellent staff in particular the guys from the bar (Peppino Anna and Giada) and from the reception always ready to solve every need. Ideal for families who want to spend some relaxing days for themselves and their children! Greetings from Giuseppe (Claudio 😄) Maria Grazia Lorenzo and Nicole. We will definitely be back.

I'll start with the bad things because they are less, indeed it's only the size of the room and the fact that this is a bit dated. Everything else was really perfect! The staff are just amazing friendly and helpful The food was yummy and very varied. The bathroom was right in front of the hotel gate. We traveled with a 2 year old and they are super equipped for children starting from food to both external and internal games useful in case of rain. We took advantage several times of the bikes available to go to the center which is not very far away but getting there is a bit complicated due to the canal that you have to cross. We always went on foot or by bike, making the long ride, only a couple of times we crossed the canal by boat, because doing the long ride, we passed through a park with games that my son really liked. Internal parking is excellent

After spending 2 weeks last year, this year we decided to go back, but it wasn't a great choice. More and more dilapidated rooms, old and battered furniture and, alas practically at lunch and dinner we never ate (bad food) of poor quality and cooked even worse. In my opinion, the positive things are the open bar by the pool, the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. If you don't have too many expectations, bed and breakfast can be fine!

Beautiful experience. Very organized hotel, full board treatment at the highest level. Very good food and pool bar guys very prepared and fast. Well maintained facility, car park. In front of the beach for those who have dogs, excellent !!! We will be back....!!!!

I stayed at the hotel for a week and we had a great time. Nice and helpful staff. Novice entertainers but still my son had a great time. Hotel suitable for families with children. To go to the beach you just have to cross the road. Good food.

Siamo stati in hotel coi nostri 2 figli a metà luglio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Si tratta davvero di un all inclusive e i baristi sono sempre con il sorriso. Le camere sono pulite anche se molto datate nella parte dello Universal. L'animazione ha coinvolto tantissimo i miei bambini che ancora adesso a 3 settimane di distanza cantano tutte le canzoncine e balletti. L'unico neo per me alquanto dolente è lo spreco di bicchieri, coppette e cucchiaini. Preferirei dessero un bicchiere nominativo a inizio vacanza. Per ogni bevuta veniva gettato via il bicchiere di plastica ancora pulito. Un vero colpo al cuore per il nostro ambiente. Grazie di tutto ❤
