I had a serene and relaxing experience at this hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, providing a peaceful atmosphere throughout my stay. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the stunning view of the sea while dining.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the staff members spoke English fluently, which is something I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I noticed that some of the staff seemed to lack intelligence and struggled with basic arithmetic when it came to handling financial matters.
Despite these shortcomings, I still enjoyed my time at the hotel due to its tranquil setting, lovely amenities, and the exceptional buffet. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful retreat, but it would greatly benefit from improving the English language skills of its staff and addressing the issues related to staff's knowledge in certain areas.

I am not sure how to express my disappointment. If it wasn't for ******* this hotel would not going to refund my first night stay. I should have requested my whole refund. We stayed three nights. The rooms were so dirty, mold on the tea pot. Even worse no hot water for 2 nights. Unbelievable how staff were okay with the dirtiness and possible situation. Please do not come here.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property was very quiet and well occupied. The breakfast was like a feast with so many lovely foodie options. The sea was very clean with a verified blue flag. All the staff were lovely and super nice. Will definitely come back! Thank you for all :)

Burası adındaki luxury kelimesini aldığını anlayamadığım bir pansiyon aslında. Otel konum ve mimari olarak çok güzel. Tüm odalar deniz görüyor, geniş ve ferah. Kocaman bir havuzu ve ve güzel bir denizi var. Fakat bu oteli kim nasıl işletiyor onu anlamak mümkün değil. Sadece 2 gece kalıp 1. günden sonra otelde hiç vakit geçirmeden bu kadar sorun nasıl yaşadık biz de anlayamadık. Otele girişte karşılayan yok, otel ile ilgili hiçbir bilgi veren yok, odaya eşlik eden eşya taşıyan yok, 1 tane buggy var o da bozuk, buggy bozuk olduğu için plaja yemek servisi yok, oda servisi yok, klima sistemi bozuk, taksi çağırmak problem ve yazamadığım daha bir çok ufak tefek sorun. Sürekli herkesin sorununu çözmek için sürekli uğraşan iyi niyetli bir otel müdürü ve tanıdığım 2 çok güler yüzlü çözüm odaklı personel Koray ve Demet var. Onlara teşekkür ediyoruz. Ama maalesef bu otelde turizm bilen hiç kimse yok.

The hotel was very good with a perfect sea view in the rooms. Staff was very polite and kind. The location of hotel was perfect, very calm environment for vacation and relax. The rooms can be more clean. Breakfast was great and perfect with fresh breads, fruits, hot meals, fresh different cheese and … I recommend this hotel to take a good vacation with your family.

Wonderful Stay at the Wellness Resort. Perfect wind for hot summer days at the beach and pool side. The views from the pool, beachfront, and our room were delightful. Best value in Cesme so decided to extended to a 5 night stay. Yussef, the front desk Manager upgraded our room since their was availability. Everyone including the General Manager (super gentleman) where always around but never intrusive and open to suggestions without ever being intrusive.
Muhammad and Bar manager where great at the breakfast buffet and of course with the same panoramic fantastic view. Minutes from the Cesme Center & 15 minutes to Alacati made it a very convenient location for quick in & outs.
Definitely plan to return since Turkey is my 2nd home and Cesme’s weather and the experience at Wellness mad it an easy decision to be returning next week from Bodrum to Izmir.
We are multiple vacation homeowners and Superhosts of oceanfront properties in Southern CA.

Nezih bir aile ortamında , mis gibi bir deniz , son derece lezzetli yemekler , temizliği ve herşeyiyle huzur veren bir yer isterseniz burayı mutlaka görün .. 2 gunluk tatilimiz Nowness ekibi sayesinde cok guzel gecti. Ozellikle ekibin guleryuzlu ve ilgili olmasi bizi ayrica mutlu etti. Son donemde gittigimiz hoteller ile karsilastirinca hizmetin tumuyle cok memnun kaldik. Ozellikle resepsiyon kismindaki arkadaslarin (Melis Hanim ve Enes Bey) tum isteklerimizle itina ile ilgilenmesi ailecek bizi memnun etti. Tum Nowness ekibine tekrar tesekkur ediyoruz.
