The free (included) breakfast (3 choices) was just down the road closer to the beach. Venue was clean and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very comfortable. We found it a bit far from the action of Hua Hin - needed a car for the 35-40 minute drive. Plenty of equivalent or better breakfast options around Cha Am for a small fee. Will stay further south next time.

Perfect for the low price! The room should be without window but there was! AC, breakfast and water included! Ah also the swimming pool at the second floor was nice! No complains at all ...maybe they can provide a vegetarian breakfast in future to be perfect...

The parking lot is very far away. It's dark and there are no lights. Walk through the forest. Ladies, be careful. The surrounding buildings are shophouses. The ground floor is a pub and bar. Party people and those who like to stay in a long line will like it. It's not close to the beach. You have to walk. Breakfast is limited to only 4 sets. You can't add more even if there are coupons left. The room is not very soundproof. You have to walk to another building to get breakfast.
