10/10 for the helpful and efficient reception staffs and parking lot
10/10 for the location on the beach
7/10 for family room cleanliness ( spacious but the couch was very dusty and dirt got on our shirts) We didn’t know why all our shirts had grey dusts on the back and later we found out. Your maids have not been cleaning the corners of the room, dusting the chairs and couch and not cleaning near the base of the toilet so it left a smell. We cleaned it when we arrived.

Hotel was just next to the beach. We were given a family room and it looks like it's been newly renovated. Everything was clean and we spotted workers painting the facade of one of the blocks. Their service was good as well. Breakfast was nothing to shout about. The kids loved the pool and the bath tub. Parking was relatively easy too. Only thing was the mosquitos, but this can't be helped.

It is a convenient hotel. The rooms are a good size. There's something wrong with the bathroom. Use the tub to stand in the shower. Good breakfast To go to the sea, you have to cross the road.

Good location, only blocked by a road. It's easy to walk to the beach. Nearby is 7/11. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area.

Cleaning is not good enough. There is a lot of dust on the shelves. The sofa was filled with sand making it unusable. The bathtub was full of dust. Breakfast has a variety of flavors available.

The hotel is not bad, but there were a couple of things I didn’t like. At first they gave us a room that was not the one we ordered. He was located opposite the technical room, where something was making a very loud noise. And this room was not overlooking the pool, but overlooking some rooftops. My husband went and changed the number. The second time we were given a room overlooking the pool, everything was fine. But the staff didn’t come up and help with things, and we had to hand over the key to the wrong room ourselves.
They did not supply water in the new room and did not provide additional towels (we were with children).
There was ordinary water in the refrigerator (not even mineral water), and we thought that it was free, like everywhere else. But no, we were told to pay for it upon departure!!! They say that they provided us with free water, but there was none. For a hotel of this level, it was a shame to start a showdown with the guests. Such little things leave a residue and lower the hotel's rating.
