I had booked another house but instead they gave me the Yellow one. It was big, comfortable and in a quite spot. And that concludes the good news. But there were numerous hygiene, safety and maintenance issues. To name just some: The doors of the house do not lock. The kitchen door doesn't even have a key and can be very easily breached. There is a serious leak in the kitchen faucet. And the battery itself throws water in all directions (there is also a socket above it), but also water flows from under the sink and into the cabinet. There is also a leak in the porch hose. The cleanliness is faulty and inadequate. I swept under the bed and carpet and it was obvious no one had done that before. The toilet bowl is cracked. The sheets have tears and permanent stains. The house has cockroaches. The air conditioning is missing the top cover and the filters get dirty. The TV is locked to one channel and does not allow changing channels. Internet was down 3 out of 7 days for several hours. On the 2nd day of my 7 day stay, I informed them about some of the above, yet no one came to fix anything, so I doubt they care. Even so, prior to posting my review, I send a very extensive e-mail to Atlantis explaining in detail the 13! problems I recorded, giving them the benefit of the doubt. They replied they are sorry and that they will notify maintenance. I am not pleased with their reply. I would have expected them to act professionally and do more than to say they will look into it, specially given I had originally notified them on June 28th and yesterday was July 9th. In a nutshell: The house is not as described and under no circumstances it is worth it's price. I am sorry.
