Reviews of Campanile Chalon Sur Saone

We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 PM and we could go straight to the restaurant to eat. Which was great because we didn't have to look for a restaurant anymore. There were several main courses to choose from and you could use the starters and/or dessert buffet for an additional fee. This was delicious. We only thought it was a shame that there weren't more meat dishes to choose from. We slept wonderfully and the room was clean. The breakfast buffet was also very extensive and delicious. Definitely worth repeating.

There is a computer bug: I booked for 2 adults and a child. But the hotel only sees 2 adults. Therefore, we are missing an extra bed for my daughter. But the hotel made a commercial gesture by removing the breakfast fee and the double bed is big enough for all of us. So we are rather satisfied despite the lack of a bed.

When I arrived, the same overnight price that I paid on Trip.com as a "special price" was displayed electronically in large letters. In my opinion, the hotel is not worth 59 euros per night.
