Perfect location and nice staff. Car parking is tight , getting in and getting out. Hence look out for smaller or medium size cars. Otherwise all ok.

The whole stay was out of expectation. We got a studio with a nice view and that's incredible. Me and my friends were super satisfied of their services (because we asked a lot of questions on the entire facilities around) and we were replied patiently by a woman at the counter on our inquires with honest review/advices (such as weather is not good for skiing etc) And the hotel has a good vibe too, the people staying there was nice, there are lockers for you to keep your skiing equipment, kitchen in the room was super helpful because I was sick by the time and needed hot stuffs to warm myself up so there are fully utilised kitchen equipments (pot, kettles, cups, plates, spoons etc).
Definitely qould recommend this hotel to others!

A well situated family friendly hotel with great staff who were very helpful in advising about the area and things to do. They have great amenities within the building including Ski equipment storage, pool table and even a bowling alley.
Underground parking available at additional cost.

The hotel is very close to the bus station. Even if you arrive at 11:45 pm, you don’t have to worry. You can get there in less than 1 minute. The hotel was completed in recent years. The overall facilities are very new and clean. The air conditioning and shower water are good. The hotel breakfast is average and the food is cheap. There are very few, so you can choose to eat out. You can try the hotel dinner, which is cost-effective.
The hotel staff are very good. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk out of the central location. However, due to the weather in Chamonix, you can slowly walk to experience the surrounding environment.
Plan B is highly recommended

The location is very close to the cable car and the location is great! The front desk service is very warm and different from what you would expect from a French girl. It’s great! Since it was the last room we booked, we were given a particularly large room!

It's in a great location, right near the bus terminal and close to the restaurant street.

First of all, the location of the hotel is right in front of the Chamonix South bus stop. It's a really fantastic location for those who use Flixbus or Swisstours buses. There is also a cafe, bar and restaurant in the hotel, so it is very convenient. The inside of the accommodation is very clean, probably because it is a new building, and the staff are very friendly. The view of the Alps of Chamonix from inside the room is also of the highest value. It is also equipped with a coffee pot, and the bathroom is also very clean.
