Great hotel

The hotel is excellent, the best hotel in Chamonix, and the tourist center where you can buy tickets is right next door. The terrace rooms offer stunning views! Plus, the hotel's swimming pool is a hot spring, so after soaking in the hot spring, you can go straight to the sauna. Remember to bring your swimsuit when you stay at the hotel; you can enjoy the hot spring while gazing at the snow-capped mountains.

I was originally looking forward to staying in this hotel and booked a larger room. Later, they gave us a small ordinary room. I complained to the hotel and it was not the room I booked. They later changed me to a larger room. The room was on the third floor. The staff at the door of the hotel was probably an inexperienced waiter. He spoke very unpleasantly and rolled his eyes. The waiter downstairs also said, "This is the room you booked. I really Very speechless! Later, when I saw the photos, I realized that I had not booked it. Of course, the hotel apologized and gave me a small bottle of champagne, but the experience was also very bad! I wanted to go to the SPA again, but the waiter said that our hotel was very full. I asked for a long time but got no reply. I asked again the next morning, and there was actually a seat!
