這個價格和對等的體驗真的是一點不對等，住了就是大冤種 哪怕香檳套房門口書擋完了，什麼風景都看不見，價錢升級到皇家香檳套房還是樹擋很多。 服務形同虛設，酒店裡的每個人都見人下菜，從門僮到前台，三次進出門僮都視而不見沒有幫忙開門拿行李或者去迎接，第二次居然默認我們是來吃飯不是住酒店的問我們有沒有預訂… 客房服務要等很久，每次需要點什麼東西都是起碼二三十分鐘，英語也很不流暢，很多人都不會英語。 還有spa 泳池這些，衹開到三點，小孩衹到下午五點，沒有任何地方提到，相當於要麼白天就不要出去，不然晚上回來就用不了這些設施了。 餐廳選擇又少又貴又不好吃，服務也是形同虛設，見人下菜。 總結，如果不是開勞斯萊斯賓利的老白男，這裏的人都不待見。 所以咱換個地方住店吧，店大欺客説的就是這裏了，避雷給所有人

We stayed at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa as part of our France trip. When we arrived, we were greeted very warmly by Julie who took care of us very lovely. The suite was wonderful. We had a large bedroom and living area and a great bathroom. It was comfortably furnished. Especially the bed was very cozy. The view of the vineyards was fantastic. The breakfast was excellent. They offer a wide selection of delicious dishes. We want to highlight the fantastic spa. You can relax on the lounge chairs by the large pool area. Royal Champagne offers a wide selection of wellness treatments. We visited champagne cellars in Reims and Éperney and took part in champagne tastings. We highly recommend a stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The facilities were excellent, and every restaurant exceeded our expectations. The food was consistently delicious and of a very high standard, making each meal a memorable experience. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially touched by how sincerely they celebrated both my husband’s and my son’s birthdays. Their kindness made us feel truly valued and created memories our family will cherish. If we return to the Champagne region, we would happily choose to stay here again. The only disappointment was that, despite booking several months in advance, my son’s tennis lesson was unfortunately not arranged. As a result, my husband and I had to miss the spa treatment we had reserved, which was a shame. I also think it would be wonderful if there were more activities and programs for children, allowing parents to enjoy some relaxing time as well. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all of the valet and parking staff. They were the first people to welcome us and the last to say goodbye, and their warmth and kindness made both the beginning and the end of our stay especially pleasant. A special thank you to the staff member who took the time to play chess with my son. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much to our family. His kindness made our son’s stay even more memorable.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Junior Suite on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the charming village of Champillon. The room was spacious with a sophisticated decor. We requested airport transfer. After being picked up at the airport, we headed directly to Champagne. A welcome glass of champagne set the tone immediately. The official check in time was 4:00pm, but our room was ready after lunch at Le Bellevue. Food was delicious and it was particularly enjoyable with the gorgeous view from the terrace. We visited the Spa in the afternoon. The Clarins Precious Facial Treatment was exactly what we needed after a long flight. It was performed professionally and we felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The Spa was beautiful, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a well equipped gym that we did not have time to enjoy. Our dinner at Le Bellevue was just as good as lunch. The next day, the concierge arranged 2 champagne house visits for us ahead of time. We reserved the hotel car for a day so it was easy to get around the region. On the second evening, we had dinner at Le Royal. The dining room was beautiful. Food and service were impressive. After a lovely breakfast on the terrace on our final morning, we were taken back to Paris by the hotel car to catch our train to Avignon. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The experience felt relaxing, luxurious and seamless. Staff were kind and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Royal Champagne was one of the highlights of our time in France. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views over the Champagne vineyards that make it difficult to leave the terrace. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly sets Royal Champagne apart is how well the hotel balances luxury with a sense of place. Every detail feels connected to the surrounding region. The spa, the grounds, the food, and the overall atmosphere created an experience that felt both relaxing and memorable. It was the perfect base for exploring Champagne and equally enjoyable to simply stay and enjoy the property. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and Royal Champagne stands out as one of our favorites. We would return without hesitation.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Check‑in felt more like a welcome ceremony — we were ushered to a cozy couch, handed glasses of champagne, and taken care of while everything was handled for us. Our room was absolutely incredible. The view, the deck, the soaring ceilings, the bathroom — every detail of this junior suite was spectacular. Room 18, in particular, felt wonderfully private. We were also surprised with champagne and treats for our anniversary, which made the stay feel even more special. The hotel recommended outstanding tasting experiences and Michelin‑starred restaurants, and the entire experience was exceptional. The only real challenge was getting to Reims. That first night, the trip from the hotel cost us over €100 one way — not exactly ideal. But after that, we had no trouble getting Ubers at all.(still costly as we went each day) Other reviews mentioned cancellations or no pickups, but that wasn’t our experience. In hindsight, we wish we had tried Uber from the start. The resort itself is highly recommended, and definitely rent the e‑bikes. They were fantastic — we followed the path down to the little villages below, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Eoayl Champagne for two nights. It was a true luxury experience. The room was huge, and the king sized bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. I just didn’t want to get out of bed. So relaxing. The bathroom is huge. There is plenty of hot water and water pressure. The shower is large and the separate bathtub is deep. Very nice. The hotel sits on a hill with great views of the vineyards and village below. It was wonderful to sit on our room’s terrace with a glass of champagne before dinner. We made good use of the spa facilities. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. They are large and well heated. The hammam (steam shower) and sauna are large and well maintained. My only criticism of the hotel is the rather slow breakfast service. There is an abundant array of breakfast foods. However, if you order coffee or an omelette you wait an inordinate amount of time.

Travel agent review. With just 47 rooms, it offers an intimate, luxury experience overlooking the vineyards of Champagne. The spa is truly divine, complete with a stunning indoor heated pool that feels especially magical in winter. Dining is equally extraordinary, with a Michelin-starred restaurant that elevates every stay. When the snow fell across the vines, i felt like I was in a fairytale. Recently ranked the 3rd best hotel in France by Condé Nast, this is a destination that delivers pure magic from start to finish

I had the wonderful experience of staying at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa in September 2026, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I have had the privilege of staying at many five-star hotels around the world, but the level of attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff at Royal Champagne was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, every aspect of my stay felt thoughtfully curated and effortless. The accommodations were absolutely out of this world. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking views surrounding the hotel was an experience I will never forget. I also had the opportunity to enjoy both the restaurant and the spa, and both were exceptional. What made my stay particularly memorable was the staff. Their recommendations for activities and experiences were excellent, and their ability to accommodate every request I had went far beyond what I have experienced at other luxury properties. They consistently made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Royal Champagne is much more than a beautiful five-star hotel—it is an experience. I am incredibly grateful for the memories created during my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional and truly unforgettable getaway.

Very bad experience. The reception staff are terrible. Rooms not clean. They just want your money. I had a massage in the spa. The woman who massaged me wasn’t educated and broke one rib on me. I couldn’t sleep whole night because of pain and had to go to hospital when I came back home. My trip that was so nice in other cities changed to a catastrophe through stay in Royal. They even damaged my car in wallet parking so I had to pay extra for it. They never said a word about that. DO NOT recommend them at all. There are many other nice places to go in France.

We stayed here for two nights on a driving tour of France. It’s a beautiful hotel with stunning views of the vineyards. The staff are excellent - very friendly, professional and with excellent English. We had a lovely room and enjoyed the spa and excellent dining options. It is expensive but you get what you pay for and we would definitely return.

We found this place when doing a driving trip around northern France. We had high hopes for it because it’s not a cheap place to stay - but worry not - it’s worth every penny. The hotel staff are at your disposal completely and we felt very at home. We will definitely be back just to enjoy the hotel and the spa. Thank you for looking after us !

A Truly Exceptional Stay – One of the Best Hotels We've Ever Experienced We have just returned from a four-night stay at the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa, and without doubt it is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single member of staff was exceptional. It didn't matter whether it was reception, housekeeping, the restaurant, bar staff, spa team or concierge – everyone was genuinely friendly, professional and seemed to take real pride in ensuring guests had a wonderful experience. The level of customer service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention also has to go to the valet team. They were always smiling, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made arriving back at the hotel after a day out an absolute pleasure. The hotel itself is immaculate. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with obvious attention to detail throughout. The views across the vineyards are stunning and create such a peaceful atmosphere. The food was excellent. Every meal we had was beautifully presented and of a very high standard. The quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail from the kitchen were evident at every sitting. The only observation I would make is that drinks are certainly priced at the luxury end of the market. The wine list is extensive and impressive, but we didn't notice a bottle priced below around €80–90, so it's worth bearing that in mind if you plan to dine in the hotel each evening. That said, this didn't detract from what was an outstanding overall experience. If you're looking for a luxury hotel with exceptional service, beautiful surroundings and a team of staff who genuinely make you feel welcome, I couldn't recommend the Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa highly enough. We will certainly be returning.
