Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix Chandler/Fashion Center

We needed to cancel, they didn’t let us. Got charged and didn’t stay

We went to Arizona for a school trip. The majority of the team stayed at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The room we had was comfortable and had everything we needed stocked. The pool was clean. There is plenty of parking. Oh and wow what a sunrise!! I would definitely stay here with my family again.

Well kept property, convenient location. Very clean, comfortable bed, and great variety for breakfast.

The property was nice- our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was yummy and had a great selection to choose from. The pool and hot tub looked good! Our room got cleaned late- sometime in the afternoon. Most places we have stayed at get cleaned in the late morning. Not a problem I called the front desk and they got right on it because we had a wedding to get ready for. They needed to make sure there were enough towels and toilet paper for 4 people. We had to ask -Shouldn’t have to. Otherwise it was a great stay! I would definitely stay there again!

Hot tub and pool were perfect! Rooms were spotless. Beds were comfy! Absolutely no complaints!

Check in guy on the desk Sat at 4:45 pm was excellent. Hotel was v good except our bedroom in 409 had noisy air moving equipment in the ceiling/walls. it disturbed our sleep.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an additional $75 total pet fee here.

Breakfast was disappointing, food was not even warm, waffles cold, breakgast sandwiches cold.

They have bedbugs and I got bitten up. I have photos, but they wanted to deny that the bedbugs existed and tried to refuse my refund, but the helpful people at ******* took care of me after seeing the photos and heard my experience.
