Service was good and hotel was nice. Some trashes needed emptying and furniture in room was not comfortable. Not real close to anything if you’re walking. Front desk staff were nice but didn’t get our bag at check in I had to ask for it.

House keeping left the remnants from the last people in the fridge and the tub drained VERY slow but the staff was great and the location is excellent! I would stay here again, but clean the drains and clean out the fridge! Very good otherwise!

I loved the size of the rooms. They were over 500.sq.ft The lounge area was big and a large variety of foods are served during breakfast. They have a lot of amenities in the rooms, free wifi, shampoo, soap, conditioner. Hair dryer, iron and the ac and heat worked great. The property looks new. We also.enjoyed the warm jacuzzi.
A few downsides. The property is away from a lot of the nearby shopping and restaurants. So you will definitely need transportation to get around in town. Also our room was not cleaned in any of the 3 days we were there. We had to get clean towels taken to us.

Me and hubby stayed at this hotel for our last staycacation of the year and it was so peaceful, clean, and very pretty! Staff was very pleasant and welcoming!

I've been a member of Hilton Honors since 1980. Never have I experienced a stay like this in all those years. There was a soccer team of boys next door and across the hall who yelled and slammed doors all nights long. (Obviously they were un-supervised.) I did talk to the desk clerk about it and he did credit me for one night. Thank you for that.

I stayed at this property several months earlier and was quite pleased all the way around. My most recent stay was not as impressive. The room was a bit shoddy and not as clean. A chair was covered in stains and really needs to be removed from the room. The shower floor was either not cleaned to a higher standard or was just old and stained from so much use. Every time I opened the refrigerator, it slid out of the cabinet and needed to be pushed back in. That should be adjusted because it has the potential to cause injury to someone if they open it quickly and with force. So, compared with the 1st visit, this most recent one was somewhat disappointing. I have stayed at various Hampton Inns and this one was just not up to par.
