This hotel is quite different from other Hilton hotels. First of all, we did not coordinate with Ctrip when we checked in, and we had to pay the full amount again. Later, we contacted Ctrip and it was resolved, but it was very time-consuming. Secondly, this hotel has more breakfast varieties, but coffee is not available all day.

Room was clean, hotel was nice but staff was eh.. we live in Chandler but got a room for family weeding downtown. Not allow early check in, staff was not very friendly just ok. Hotel in great location though.
