The hotel did not have hot water, so the morning shower was extremely unpleasant. The outside temperature was in the low 40’s, so this to me shoikd never be an issue.

The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and we didnt really feel comfortable using it. Our room was cleaned only once in our 4 night stay. I understood there would be no cleaning on Thankgiving day but the room was not cleaned the day after either even though we were out all day...The quality of the breakfast has also gone down in the last few years (we stay here every thanksgiving) I think its time to look for a new place next year.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel always smells fresh and clean. Rooms were great and ours had a little kitchen with a dishwasher.
Bathrooms were clean and big.
Only downside to our stay was the people who stayed directly above us we’re continually stomping all over the floor.

Great location. Common area were clean. Though my sheets were clean and bed was comfortable, the appliances and sofa were not. Loved the bathroom design. Not sure if I would rebook.

Comfortable clean room, quiet, modern. Breakfast is pretty good but not outstanding. Shower gel needs to be lightly scented, it has an oder that I had to wash off my hands daily. The rooms have a wonderful kitchenette with a large refrigerator, which we loved for keeping our water and soda in

The staff was rude and was not given the room I paid for. Unfortunately, the staff could not care less. Will not stay here again nor will I recommend this location.

Our usual place to stay. This time is was lacking hospitality. Possibly the large groups of sports teams and lack of staff.
