衞生：實在不合格，很多地方都發黴，很陳舊，剛進去發現保險櫃下面塞了個用過的衞生紙團 一下子就感覺毛巾什麼的都儘量不要用了 浴巾真是超級無敵久 酒店淘汰下來兩次擦地的程度
環境：門口全是冰 沒人處理 特別容易滑倒，進入正門地上很臟 像是破敗了幾年的地方
服務：前台倒是挺熱情 但是畢竟住酒店房間最重要 真的差強人意
設施：淋浴水龍頭一個完全用不了 另一個生銹住，衹能出一半水，另一半直接順管子躺走，水管道是是直接在牆上晃蕩 洗手枱上長黴了 椅子活動的 榻榻米附近牆上幾坨不知名黃色印記 Wi-Fi 也不好用 後來連的藝術館的也經常斷
總之就是沒啥想不開的別訂，千萬別訂，120住這我都嫌多，照片房型放的也有出入，視頻為證，看好再説

大無語事件，本人從來不去評價酒店，一般就是手動隨便4星或者5星。
但是這家簡直離譜。
300元的酒店，80元的廉價感。。。
另外，麻煩後續不要請人拍這麼美的圖片，虛假宣傳！
沒有毛巾，捲紙扣扣搜搜的半個，沙發有不知名的水斑，房間一股發黴味道
熱水有氣無力的，頭頂的花灑不能用。
咱就説，你這個水平，就值得80-100元賓館水平。
請不要玷污日式風，你這個是敍利亞風。。。

風景太讚了，服務也很到位，前台的小姑娘特別熱情，打掃衞生的韓姐也很盡責，提前給房間預熱，我們臨時換房間反覆提醒我們可能會冷，還給我們搬來一台暖風機。就是設施有點舊，不太智能，網速有點慢。

整體感覺還不錯，但有個前台的女生服務態度特別差，晚上我們回酒店，手裡拿着東西，領着孩子，打開大廳的門，沒有關，馬上就兇巴巴地吼——把門關上！連個“請”、“謝謝”都沒有！搞得好像我們欠她兩百塊錢！！！這個真的很讓我生氣！東北的服務態度大部分還停留在——你願意來就來，不願來就滾犢子的層面上，十多年了基本沒有任何提高！！！有個好像是新入職的小夥子還不錯。保潔大姐也挺好的！服務給二分，一分給前台小夥子，一分給保潔大姐，扣的三分全扣在前台女生的服務態度上！！！

距離凈月潭比較近，地鐵也方便。
房間規劃還比較合理，空間感也比較大。
但是凳子壞的，依靠把手，差點兒閃自己個跟頭。
有一次性毛巾，但是浴巾比較舊。熱水是熱水器，浴盆都沒辦法放滿一盆就沒熱水了，所以淋雨還行，浴缸就算了。
訂房看攜程説有行李寄存，前台説沒有，為了行李還得趕時間，很不方便。
不是很好的住宿體驗。

整體的衞生、環境和設施都還算滿意，就是價格偏高，性價比有點低（可能是藝術酒店，還靠近凈月潭景區的原因吧）。
服務一般，外賣不能送到房間，要自己下樓取；而且下單前一定要謹慎，提前半個月預訂房間，剛下單15分鐘訂單就不能取消了，有種霸王條款的感覺…
