Every time I go to Changde, I always go to Xiangrui Hotel. The location of the hotel is good, there is a lot of food nearby, and it is convenient to travel. At the same time, the hotel facilities are pretty good. I have been living since the store opened and I am used to it!

訂了房間，到長沙南太晚沒拼車過去，聯繫酒店想商量取消，結果一個小時前台電話都沒人接！！！晚上申請直接被拒絕，第二天早上到了態度到也還好，就是退不了錢！我也不是在乎那點錢，衹是覺得電話沒人接讓人很氣憤！
氣呼呼吃了頓早飯就走了，這是這麼多年吃過最貴的早飯！不咋地還要花256元！
除了沒人接電話給差評外，其他也不知道！早飯一般般，就是貴！！！

酒店進入大堂就有種賓至如歸的感覺，大堂接待非常熱情，非常有親和力，前台服務員態度不錯，房間整潔衞生，關鍵是房型挺大。
對面文理學院，享受濃郁的文化氛圍。散步在音樂噴泉的白馬湖公園，音樂與七彩燈光交匯在公園的小道，使人心曠神怡！非常完美的體驗，五星好評！
