The hotel is far from the city center, and there are basically no commercial catering around, but it is close to the high-speed entrance. In terms of location, it is my first choice for self-driving travelers.
The hotel is garden-style, luxuriously decorated, the rooms are fully equipped, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry with bathtub, clean and odorless, the breakfast is rich and delicious, parking is free and there are more parking spaces.

酒店沒自來水！而且等顧客入住了，在自己房間開水龍頭髮現沒水，打前台電話，才告知沒自來水！
昌吉當天停水，公告通知中午就發佈了，酒店置若罔聞，根本沒有提前通知已經預訂的客户沒有水這一情況！甚至在客户晚上辦入住的時候也完全不告知停水這一情況！等客户在自己房間用水的時候發現沒水，打前台電話，才告知！
這種水平也能開酒店？沒有自來水的情況下，依舊欺騙顧客來入住？等顧客投訴了，再給房費打個85折敷衍一下客户？
而且全程酒店根本不搭理客户的投訴和反饋情況，每次打電話去問都説等半小時就來水！到半夜12點多還沒水！
如果不是看在攜程客服一直賠禮道歉安撫的面子上，此事絕不罷休！一定要投訴到新疆的旅遊監管部門！看看無法提供自來水的酒店能不能不告知客户的情況下便客户來住宿！

房間質量不錯。就是從前廳大堂到後樓走得太遠了。沒有引導員。早餐沒有人提醒餐廳在哪裡，散客和團餐不在一起吃飯。住在b樓吃早餐卻要到前樓，長者走路太累了。游泳池不對住客開放，衹對所謂會員開放，有點不太合適。建議加強服務。
