The hotel is pretty nice , I have been to several hotels in Changjiang , Kapok hotel is the best experience so far . It’s clean and the staff is very friendly .
There’s a very good coffee shop and a BBQ restaurant on the other side of the street.

The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has complete facilities, clean and tidy rooms, free mineral water and coffee bags every day, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk staff are very good, proactive and enthusiastic.

住了好幾次。這次不知道是不是因為節日，服務員做的衞生太差了，開門後上洗手間地上都是水，（沐浴間竟然還有一條上個住户用過的浴巾沒有收走），床單也沒有更換乾淨的床單。就是房型和地理位置還不錯，這個價格對應這樣的衞生有點貴了，應當在衞生打掃這塊加強一些。

晚上睡覺旁邊麻將房吵架我都能聽到的凌晨兩點,衹能説隔音差了些。其他中規中矩也沒什麼性價比可言。要是沒有那麼吵還是比較推薦的

跟差勁的一次體驗，前台電話吵到醒，有按金打電話需要一次性説完，按按金扣，電話打到醒根本沒法睡，因為沒睡醒下單也沒打電話吵到半夜三更，房間小貴，還不懂靈活變通，最差勁的酒店，不建議，還不如去松下酒店，建議去松下酒店
