Anaya Friendship Home Club Hotel

An absolutely delightful stay! This is a small but exquisite hotel ❤️ The service, in particular, was outstanding! We received a welcome gift and complimentary fruit upon arrival. Getting around was super convenient, with a dedicated shuttle service for hotel guests. A hotel staff member even came to our room to help inflate our child's swimming ring ❤️ The front desk staff also kindly helped us print some papers ❤️ They even managed to find and mail back a toy our child had lost! ❤️ The hotel's attention to detail is truly amazing. Things like borrowing sand toys and free drinks and ice 🧊 were wonderful bonuses 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 These value-added services are something you just don't get at B&Bs! 👍

Pretty good, the environment is nice and the service is very warm and welcoming. Having a dedicated shuttle makes getting around much more convenient. They even included breakfast and a small A-la-carte package, which was a great deal, essentially saving us 200 yuan. Good value for money.

The hotel service was good; they offered a complimentary body lotion upon arrival, which was a nice touch! However, the hotel facilities were quite mediocre. First, the lighting design was poor, making the room very dim. Second, the full-length mirror was inside the closet, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the bed was very low, almost like sleeping on the floor. The upside is that for 1000 RMB a night in Aranya, it's considered relatively good value for money!

The rooms are small and quite limited, all with king-size beds. Perhaps it's the prevailing style, but the lighting felt quite dim. The hotel lacks amenities like a gym or laundry room. Having stayed at Suka and Nova before, I had high expectations for this hotel, but was somewhat disappointed. The staff were rather indifferent, feeling rather "cold" compared to other hotels.

I like the hotel's design very well. The service attitude and facilities are all worthy of praise. They provided fruit, drinks, water and chocolate. I left a pair of pants when I left. The hotel staff Xiao Yang was very patient in finding them and actively mailed them. It was very considerate. I will stay here again next time I go back.

I stayed at the Friendship Hotel during my summer trip to Aranya. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Eighth Canteen and surrounded by scenic spots and recreational facilities. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, with comprehensive facilities. The breakfast is delicious, the dining environment is quiet, and the restaurant is beautifully designed. I communicated with the front desk staff, Xiao Mi, before departure. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the communication was pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Xiao Mi and Xiao Yang at the front desk. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable, and even this level of service is impressive by the beach. The facilities are quite complete, which may be different from other five-star hotels in Aranya or Sanya. Environment: The location isn't directly on the beach, requiring a bus to the sea. However, it's very close to the Eighth Canteen and the amusement park. Opening the curtains in your room opens onto the amusement park. Those without children might find the music and noise from the amusement park annoying. It's very convenient for those with children, as the amusement park is just downstairs. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, but their skills were different from those of typical hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful, but directions to the parking lot, bus stop, and breakfast restaurant were a bit unclear. Perhaps the hotel should provide maps or provide guidance. Cars are not allowed in the park, while other hotels use their own shuttle buses. Breakfast was at the "Drunk" restaurant, and the rice noodles were excellent.

這間客房設計格調十足，整體觀感雅緻耐看。店內環境衞生打理得十分到位，入住體驗舒心愜意。 門店地處九期片區，周邊環境清幽靜謐，對比其他喧鬧雜亂的區域，居住舒適度高出不少。 服務方面更是格外加分，前台響應消息速度很快，遇到問題都能及時妥善處理。格外暖心的是，本人不慎將衣物遺落在房間，聯繫酒店後，店家主動幫忙墊付運費寄回，細節之處盡顯貼心。 整體各方面體驗都很滿意，誠心推薦，妥妥五星好評！
