SUKhA HOTEL

The hotel's location is unbeatable, probably the best in Aranya. The breakfast is also incredibly rich, easily one of the best in Qinhuangdao. The pool downstairs is great too. However, due to the high number of guests, the service attitude could use improvement. As soon as we entered the lobby, there was no place to sit and it was incredibly hot. After checking in, no one offered to help us with our luggage to the room. Even though they knew four of us were staying, they didn't proactively provide extra toiletries or a pillow for the fourth person. Also, the pull-out bed wasn't very comfortable. We stayed at Hidden Retreat the night before, and compared to Hidden Retreat, the service there was far superior to Soka. For Soka's 5000 RMB a night, I'd say 4000 of that is probably just for the location.

We had a very satisfying trip. Suka is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the South District, with popular attractions on both sides. The kids absolutely loved the water park, and the complimentary souvenirs were of high quality. All the staff members were very friendly. Our butler, Neil, was especially attentive, responded quickly, and provided excellent service. Many thanks for making our trip with my child so perfect.

My child and I stayed for three days. There was so much to do and eat in the park. The hotel service was impeccable – fruits, snacks, mineral water, and the breakfast was excellent; we didn't eat the same thing twice in three days! You absolutely must take your kids to the hotel's water park. If only we had more time, I would have stayed a few more days. I've been to many places, but this Suka Hotel is the best in my opinion. They thought of every little detail for us, even providing fantastic toiletries for the kids. There's nothing you can imagine that Suka can't deliver. My child and I will be back next summer, see you then!

The hotel's location and views are excellent. My parents and grandchildren were on vacation, and the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, doing a great job of addressing and resolving guests' issues! Full marks for service!

Among the hotels in Aranya, Suka truly stands out. The location, facilities, service, ambiance, and cleanliness are all exceptionally well done, no need to go into every single detail. The management is also excellent. It's the best choice for a family-friendly hotel. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The park layout is also very convenient. I'll definitely bring my kids back again. The pool at Suka is absolutely beautiful, and there's even an area suitable for younger babies, which is fantastic! My baby loved it.

I stayed at Suka for three nights and four days. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to the beach and water park. The service was absolutely top-notch, from the online concierge to the front desk, reception, and even the housekeeping staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent, thoughtful service! They went out of their way to meet any requests, and the shuttle bus was super fast! Next time I come to Aranya, I'll definitely stay at Suka again!

The views from Suka Hotel are absolutely breathtaking, no doubt about it. Listening to the sea breeze and watching the ocean definitely gives you that full vacation vibe. The hotel service is also excellent; the staff are very enthusiastic and go out of their way to help resolve any issues, which is truly heartwarming. The hotel also has its own shuttle service, making it incredibly convenient to get to any part of the resort.

Artistic, clean, and quiet – that's my first impression of Ayana. The Hotel Suka is perfectly situated in the southern district, offering easy access to walks, the beach, pools, dining, and even the popular late-night instant noodles. Everything was excellent. The hotel service was outstanding, with attention to detail. The customer service and butler service were exceptional, very thoughtful and considerate. My stay here has genuinely uplifted my mood and helped me relax. A special mention: my flight back to Shanghai was very early, and the hotel thoughtfully packed a double breakfast for us to pick up at the front desk. To my surprise, the variety was quite rich – truly a sign of their dedication. The hotel is also the closest to the beach, and attractions like Pop Mart and the chapel are right next door, making it super convenient for photoshoots and sightseeing.
