Hyatt Place Changsha Airport

This hotel is perfect for early morning flights, as they have a shuttle to the terminal every half hour. The room layout is a bit odd, with a lot of empty space in the middle. You also get a fast-track security pass when you check in.

I stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next day, and it completely exceeded my expectations. KK, the front desk manager, provided excellent service, making my check-in very smooth. It's truly great value for money.

The hotel environment is quite good. There are often Korean guests staying here. It gives off a star-rated feel. The front desk service was very detailed in their explanations! The young lady's voice and attitude were absolutely excellent. It's relatively close to the airport, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. When the hotel's shuttle was delayed, the front desk staff immediately called a taxi for us themselves, which is truly commendable service. The hotel breakfast is very extensive; there's a wide variety of food, making for a pleasant meal. The hotel beds are soft, comfortable, clean, and hygienic. It was a very comfortable stay. I decisively joined their membership program; from now on, whenever I visit a city, I'll choose this hotel. It's excellent! The only minor drawback is that in February, during winter, the central air conditioning in the room couldn't reach the temperature we northerners prefer. This might be related to southerners being accustomed to colder temperatures in winter. I suggest the hotel provide shower slippers, and then it would be even more perfect.

No complaints whatsoever, except that it's a bit far from the airport. However, the upside of being further away is that it's more affordable. The room felt like it was worth 400-500 yuan, even though I paid less than 300. Breakfast was delicious, and the views were great too.

The hotel is indeed old, and the floor near the bathroom is caving in and cracked. However, the hygiene is very good. It's not as convenient as the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Voco, which has shops and a cinema downstairs. But the Hyatt offers an airport fast-track service, which is very convenient – you can clear security in just one minute.
