When I have something to go out, if the old lady encounters a problem, call the front desk, and the floor will be available immediately. I requested a non-smoking room with a bath tub. The front desk staffs were quite helpful, and they verified the room 1509 was exactly what I needed. Spacious room with healthy looking live plants, doesn’t have any smoke odor, daily complimentary fruits and bottled water in room. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked well. They do take Visa card from foreign country without problem. After checking out, their guests service managers 廖鹏宇 Pengyu Liao texted me politely asking for a feedback.
