Changsha Rongtong Great Wall Hotel

Extremely satisfied. The service, ambiance, and facilities all meet five-star hotel standards. The butler service was excellent, and the foot bath in the evening was incredibly comfortable. They even provided an extra complimentary breakfast for the child. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Facilities: Very new. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Quiet, close to the subway. Service: Decent, very good! I checked in at midnight and checked out early the next morning after a quick night's sleep. But I slept really well, the bed was super comfortable! It was also quiet and very close to the subway, with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk lady even gave me a souvenir when I checked out. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changsha!

Pros: The hotel is relatively new, with spacious rooms and a military theme, making it great for families with kids. It's conveniently located near tourist attractions. We received a military-themed doll upon check-in, and the breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were friendly and even provided a free children's breakfast and snacks. Cons: The room temperature was too hot and couldn't be adjusted; we had to turn off the air conditioning. The internal facilities were a bit limited.

This hotel is located in the Wuyi Business District, but it's relatively quiet. It's about 500-600 meters from Metro Line 2, and just two stops from Wuyi Square, making it very convenient for visiting various attractions. The hotel's service, facilities, and cleanliness are all excellent. The room manager provided great service, and the various amenity services, such as foot massages and turndown service, were wonderful. The only drawback is that the breakfast was just average, and I hope they can improve it. I would still choose to stay here again if I return!

Getting to Helong Stadium for a show is only a 10-minute drive, and if you're driving, the three-story underground parking garage is more than sufficient – hassle-free and convenient. Stepping into the room, I was instantly impressed. The automatic curtains opened up to an unobstructed city view, with the lush greenery of Martyrs Park right in front of me. Opening the window brought in fresh air. The room layout was well-designed, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right firmness. I heard no street noise at night, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was a thoughtful touch, the vanity was spacious and practical, and even the nightlight was perfectly placed. Every detail spoke of quality. The front desk staff were all smiles and incredibly welcoming, making check-in efficient and quick. They even proactively helped upgrade my room and recommended local eateries. The lobby manager was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. At check-out, they not only asked about my experience but also gifted me a souvenir. Every employee made me feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's 'Rongqin Bar' is filled with books, offering a cozy and relaxing spot to read and enjoy some tea in your free time. As a state-owned hotel, the quality and sense of security are both top-notch. Whether it's the location, facilities, dining, or service, everything was impeccable, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha and have already recommended it to friends planning to go. It's truly worth checking out!
