First off, the Park Hyatt's facilities are undeniably excellent, from the bedding to the restaurant's offerings—all top-notch. However, there were issues, and the hotel's response time to these problems was incredibly slow. We found a used eyelid tape from a previous guest in our room. After reporting it to the front desk, it took nearly an hour to get a response. I didn't press the issue since it was late at night, but the next day, subsequent communications consistently took over half an hour to receive a reply. It made us feel like guests had to wait for the hotel, rather than the hotel serving its guests. Of course, the follow-up attitude at check-out was quite sincere, but by then, we were already leaving the hotel, and it felt a bit too late. I especially want to commend Tazz at the fourth-floor front desk. Every interaction with him was very patient, including helping with package pickups and greetings. What truly stood out was his memory for guests; he greeted us with 'welcome back' when we returned to the hotel later that day, which really impressed me and boosted my opinion of the Park Hyatt.
