The check in was smooth and the attendants at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Room came with complimentary vouchers for 2 coffee which you can get downstairs.
Attendant No.2 at the reception was extremely helpful on our check out day where she guided us with booking additional hourly rate stay since our flight was at night. She went over and above in making our stay pleasant.

Room was clean and new. There’s also gym and washing machine area. Location was very convenient, just beside the train station.

Booked this hotel because it is strategically next to Changsha Rail Station and has a metro exit right in front of the hotel entrance. The room amenities were clean and in good condition. We had a pleasant sleep that night and did not hear much outside noisy despite being next to the rail station. Breakfast buffer spread was good too - mostly chinese breakfast spread like noodles, porridge, stir fry vegetables and fried fitters, but there were also cereal and salad station. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel before heading to zhangjiajie the next morning.

Great location with convenience in traveling to town and Zhangjiajie. Taxis, buses and metro stations are right in front of the hotel 😍
Staffs are excellent with full-service mind that they kindly helped me call a delivery company when my parcel seems to arrive late.
