Beauty Ripples Premium Hotel (Changsha South Railway Station West Square Branch)

Chosen for its proximity to the high-speed rail station, dining options are also super convenient. The Changsha cuisine downstairs was delicious. Breakfast was delivered to my room at my preferred time; while simple, it was tasty and very practical.

The hotel staff were professional and had excellent service attitudes. The lobby offered freshly ground coffee and ice, and all the drinks in the room were complimentary. The location was also convenient for getting around.

The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. There's a free coffee and drink station in the lounge area opposite the reception, and the in-room mini-fridge also had two small bottles of soda. Breakfast was plentiful, including a bowl of millet porridge, and it was delivered to the room, which was super convenient and cozy! The front desk staff was very attentive and explained everything clearly. I also bothered her to contact a delivery person for me, and I finally received my package – I'm truly grateful!

Chose this place for a short trip and it totally exceeded my expectations! ✨ ✅ The room was clean, well-lit, and very private, creating a really comfortable atmosphere. ✅ Excellent soundproofing meant no disturbances from outside, perfect for a couple's getaway. ✅ Convenient location with lots of great food nearby and easy access to transportation. The front desk service was attentive, and check-in/check-out was efficient. It was a comfortable stay, highly recommend it for a romantic short break!

Taking the elevator up to the 21st floor felt like a hidden gem – it was so quiet and comfortable. The room was spacious and the facilities were quite new. Breakfast was delivered to the room and could even arrive as early as 6:30 AM, which was very convenient for those catching early high-speed trains. Overall, I was very satisfied.
