Microtel by Wyndham Changsha South Railway Station

This hotel is very close to Changsha South Railway Station and offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the breakfast on the fourth floor is excellent with a wide variety of options. [High-speed rail shuttle] The driver of the six-seater commercial vehicle for the high-speed rail station shuttle (book in advance with the front desk) was very enthusiastic, and the vehicle had plenty of space. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

Service: Pretty mediocre. If you don't ask the front desk for the complimentary items mentioned in your booking, they won't give them to you. Same goes for the toilet seat covers – you have to ask for them. Facilities: 1. No bathroom slippers. The water in the ultrasonic glasses cleaner was incredibly dirty and wasn't changed for two days. The worst part was the bedding; if you have neck issues, you'll wake up with a sore back and neck, it's extremely uncomfortable. 2. After showering, the room would flood. Who designed this showerhead? Pros: 1. The shuttle driver for transfers was very nice. This service is shared with the hotel next door. 2. Breakfast: Better than the Yinnian Intercity's breakfast, but it's also shared with the Holiday Inn Express. Essentially, all the good points are thanks to the hotel next door. The beef noodles at breakfast were very good and fragrant, highly recommended.
