The view here is definitely great, and having a bathroom is a plus (in my room), but all the facilities are old and poorly maintained. They provide disposable kitchen towel-like cloths instead of proper towels, and the cleanliness is subpar. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Bringing my parents and child to Changsha was such a great trip, and booking this place was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is located on the banks of the Xiangjiang River, and the rooms offer views of the river. The lobby downstairs is nice, with Luckin Coffee, a convenience store, etc. It's very convenient to get around by subway and taxi. The customer service was excellent; they responded promptly to any questions. There were many room styles to choose from, and I finally selected the Japanese style, which I really liked. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.
